上禮拜三我註冊了一個美國亞馬遜帳戶,打算買一台掃地機,下了訂單,
等了二天進去查進度,發現訂單不見了,接著去信箱看到我帳戶被鎖的訊息。
「There was a problem confirming your payment information. To prevent potential
misuse of your payment card, we have placed your orders on hold and locked
your account. You will not be able to place orders until we verify your
information. 」
叫我提供帶姓名、帳單地址和卡號末四碼的近一期帳單,因為我的是電子帳單,
帳單上面沒地址,我只好請銀行補寄一份帶地址的紙本帳單給我,結果我今天收
到,竟然帳單是黑白的。
於是我早上將帳單掃描成pdf檔,還依照網路上的教學說用word打一份中英文姓名、
亞馬遜帳號、地址、電話、訂單編號,底下還附上我信用卡正反面的圖片,然後與
我的信用卡帳單合併成一個pdf檔,登入亞馬遜帳戶再登出、再登入進去它會給我一
個上傳文件的連結,結果我文件才傳沒多久,就馬上收到以下的罐頭訊息回覆。
「Hello,
We could not confirm your information because your document has no sufficient
information. You will not be able to place orders with us until we confirm
your information.
To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement for your
mastercard ending in 08. To upload your statement to our secure document
portal, log in to your account and follow the instructions.
The following information must be clearly displayed on the statement:
-- Your name and billing address.
-- The last 4 digits of the card number. For your protection, make sure that
only the last 4 digits are displayed.
We will review your statement and respond within 24 hours. To protect your
information, we restrict access to your statement to a team of account
specialists. Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email,
but they cannot view your statement or share more information about this
issue.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We ask that you not open new accounts because any new order that you place
may be delayed. 」
這個訊息我收過好幾次了,其實我上禮拜還沒收到紙本帳單前,我就嚐試傳電子帳單
去審核,我不知道他們到底有沒有認真看我傳的文件內容,總之我上傳完沒多久,這
個罐頭訊息回覆馬上就來了。
我剛剛想說可能信用卡帳單都中文的,他們看不懂地址和姓名在哪,於是我就再將帳
單第一頁掃描成圖檔,然後用小畫家寫address和name指示上面的地址和姓名,然後再
與其它文件合併成一個pdf再上傳出去,結果馬上又得到以下回覆。
「Hello,
We could not confirm your information because your document is Illegible. You
will not be able to place orders with us until we confirm your information.
To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement for your
MASTERCARD ending in 08. To upload your statement to our secure document
portal, log in to your account and follow the instructions.」
銀行也說無法提供英文帳單,我能提供的資料都提供了,我實在無計可施了,
就因為美國客服看不懂中文,一直來信說無法辨識我的資料。
我只是想買台掃地機,帳號也是新註冊的,第一次下單連帳戶整個被鎖,真是莫名
其妙。
請問有版友用美國亞馬遜的購物網一樣被鎖帳戶的嗎?最後怎麼解鎖的?謝謝!

說會請專人在24小時內跟我聯絡.....結果也沒有。
問客服審核標準是什麼,她也只說那是帳戶部門在處理的,他們不清楚。
然後,我有照前幾天那個板友po的傳真號碼傳真過去,問大陸客服說傳真完要聯絡誰?
他就說有專人會處理。
最後,我看到mobile01在2012年有一篇回文提到如何解鎖的,於是我將亞馬遜帳號、
註冊電話、英文姓名、帳單地址、信用卡登記的電話、訂單號碼用小畫家寫在信用卡
兩頁帳單的空白處,然後再把信用卡正反面圖片貼在兩頁帳單上面,轉成pdf檔之後,
再上傳及傳真過去,總算沒接到罐頭訊息回覆了。這兩天等看看結果如何。
