Those who are on vegetarian diet might probably know this place, Tao Healthy Kitchen 潮粥味道 has been around for quite some time. The place is easily accessible for those who frequent the Pulau Tikus wet market and can be found directly opposite to Moulmein Rise at the same area. The restaurant has a small plant-based menu that features all home-made delights which comprises of both asian and western choices. Nothing fancy- just a comfortable, convenient spot to get a no-frill, solid meat-free meal.

This is another workout video where I travel around the Moulmein-Cairnhill district to highlight playgrounds and fitness areas that you can work out at, using the existing structures. No external equipment needed!
This one was done at 671 Klang Lane's playground, with committee members of Moulmein Tekka RC joining me to demonstrate the different exercises you can do here.

Sometimes, you don't need to go too far to get a workout. If you don't have time to travel out to a gym or you can't get access to one, you can always head down to your nearest playground and get a good sweat session in.
I had a lot of fun creating this series of videos for Moulmein-Cairnhill CSC, where we visit playgrounds in their district and I will plan a workout that you can do at that particular playground.
Here's one that we did at Goldhill Avenue playground - anyone lives near that area?
