While I’m not the biggest fan of using body soap or soap of any kind (I’ve always found them harsh, slippery and goopy) I must admit that the aesthetics of French Marseille soap catches my eye. Marseille soap, like the ones from @lamaisondusavondemarseille_my are made from the saponification of vegetable oils and can be used for anything that needs cleaning, notably laundry (!) and bodies. It is supposed to work a treat on stains too! So those with kids might appreciate this. Just run directly on stains and wash. The Marseille soap slice is made of 72% olive oil and interestingly can deter moths from clothing and laundry so aside from using it to clean, you can hang a slice in your cupboard in place of camphor mothballs. Your clothes will smell better and it’s natural 😁 I’ll try these and will report back.
