    Today I had a few moments in the park, enjoying a coffee, while wearing SPF, I tried to not scroll mindlessly through my phone and instead observe my surroundings, although all the other 7 people in the park where on there phones.

    Have you tried this lately? It’s scary actually how hard it is, to just sit and not look through your phone when your alone.

    Try it.

    Performing repetitive resistance movements is like mastering a craft 🛠
    You cannot effectively increase intensity and load placed on a targeted muscle if you’re constantly trying to learn how to do something.

    Most people have a mediocre perception of perfection. If it looks about the same as it does when the fit YouTube personality does them, then they’re doing it right 🤷🏻‍♂️ “Sweet, let’s move onto the next exercise after that medium-intensity set of trash.”

    YouTube/app workouts are awful because the yuppies making popular ones know that the secret is entertainment and not education. Even if their unqualified selves understood biomechanics and proper cue-ing they wouldn’t keep things simple because posting new random shit every day gets them more views and subscribers. 💸 Novelty sells, and they’re not accountable for your progress.

    Do yourself a favour. If you can’t afford to have a knowledgeable coach assess and teach you excellent execution:
    1) Pick a several movements that feel good 👌🏽
    2) Watch really detailed 5-10minute tutorials on each of them by reputable coaches 💻
    3) Record yourself executing them and compare them to what they’ve said you should be doing 🎥
    4) Think about the movements you’re doing every time. How stable do they feel? How smooth does it feel? Can you feel the strain in the correct muscles? Do you have control in th positions you’re in at the end of your range? 🤔
    5) Start with an easy weight and gradually progress the weight used every time you have positive answers to the above... and do that for the next 8 weeks, tracking progress 📋

    🤷🏻‍♂️ Or keep doing random shit because it’s fun, upping the intensity mindlessly, potentially at the expense of your joints... but if you’re looking for entertainment whilst burning calories, might I suggest you watch TV / listen to a podcast on a treadmill 🏃🏻 or learn a sport or a martial art? 🤺

    List of SNACKS
    1) Stuffed Red Dates with Walnut
    - Red Dates (23Cals each)
    - Walnuts, halved (13Cals each)
    Per serving - 36Cals


    2) 3-Ingredient Oat Bite
    Makes 24 bite size balls:
    - 1 cup (90g) Rolled Oats – 340Cals
    - ½ cup (125g) Peanut Butter – 778Cals
    - ¼ cup (82g) Maple Syrup / Honey – 270Cals
    Per serving - 60Cals


    3) Seaweed Veggie Rolls
    - Nori Sheets – 5Cals per sheet
    - Cucumber, sliced
    - Carrot, sliced
    - Red Bell Pepper, sliced


    4) Veggie Sticks with Dip
    Alternatively, you can dip the chopped up vegetables into homemade yoghurt dip.
    - 1 cup (250g) Greek Yoghurt - 165Cals
    - 1 minced Garlic Clove - 4Cals
    - 1 tbsp. of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice - 4Cals
    - A handful of chopped fresh Mint - 4Cals
    - A little bit of lemon zest

    Each tablespoon only has 10cals VS 94Cals per tbsp. of mayo or 73Cals per tbsp. of ranch dressing!


    5) Split Pea Crisps
    Makes 4 servings:
    - ½ cup Raw Split Peas – 335Cals
    - 1 tbsp. Olive Oil – 120Cals
    - A pinch of Chilli Flakes
    Per Serving – 114Cals


    6) Plum Stuffed Cherry Tomato
    - Cherry Tomato – 3Cals each
    - Plum – 23Cals each
    Per serving - 26Cals


    7) Yoghurt & Fruit
    Makes 2 pots
    - ¼ cup Greek Yoghurt Yogurt – 41Cals
    - 1 Kiwi, sliced – 42Cals
    - ½ Dragon Fruit, sliced – 40Cals
    - ¼ cup Grapes – 28Cals
    Per Pot – 75.5Cals

    *You can choose your own favourite fruits!


    8) Trail Mix
    Choose your favourite combination of nuts, seeds and dried fruits.
    Each 1/4 cup serving has about 140 - 170 calories.


    9) "Fancy" Rice Cakes
    At only 29 calories per rice cake, they are a greatly satisfying low calorie snack option and you can top them up with anything you want!


    10) Hard-Boiled Egg
    About 80 calories each

    well i'm gonna just post the boss video.
    since this is my first playthrough i dont want to mindlessly go thru the area finding what to do next.
    anyway in this map once you get the keys to unlock next area then you dont have to go back, which is why i cant redo the process of finding the keys again...
