Tim, my podiatrist friend @thefootpractice first saw me running during our regular Adidas Run and I’d complained about bruising pain around my ankle malleolus. Was trying all sorts of strengthening work for my lower limbs but this insoles just solved everything for me! INSTANTLY! Now I won’t go anywhere without them.
And of course, my favorite @adidasrunning UltraBoost 19 that I absolutely can’t get enough of. 😍

❉Monthly Acupoint- Fenglung Point❉
Fenglung Point- On the lower leg, midway between the tibiofemoral joint line (level with the popliteal crease) and the lateral malleolus, two finger-breadths lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.

When experiencing phlegm in neck and fatigue. Suitable for those with phlegm and dampness and damp-heat body types.
➽➽How?
The meat on this point is thick and hard, you can use a massaging stick or press hard with your thumb.
