NEW MG EP ขับเคลื่อนด้วยพลังงานไฟฟ้า 100% โดยใช้แบตเตอรี่ Lithium-Ion มีความจุรวม ถึง 50.3 kWh ทำให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนด้วยไฟฟ้า ได้ระยะทางไกล ถึง 380 กิโลเมตร ต่อการชาร์จเต็ม 1 ครั้ง (ทดสอบตามมาตรฐานความประหยัดพลังงาน New European Driving Cycle - NEDC) นอกจากนี้ แบตเตอรี่ของ NEW MG EP ยังได้รับการทดสอบ ตามมาตรฐานการป้องกันน้ำและฝุ่น ระดับ IP67 พร้อมด้วยระบบ ระบายความร้อน แบบ Liquid Cooling System ที่จะช่วยให้แบตเตอรี่ ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัย ภายใต้สภาวะต่างๆ

ในด้านของสมรรถนะ NEW MG EP ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้ากำลังสูง แบบ Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor ให้พละกำลังสูงสุด 163 แรงม้า พร้อมแรงบิด 260 นิวตัน-เมตร ทำงานร่วมกับเกียร์ไฟฟ้า สามารถทำอัตราเร่ง 0-100 ได้ภายใน 8.8 วินาที และทำความเร็วสูงสุด ได้ที่ 185 กิโลเมตร/ชั่วโมง มาพร้อมรูปแบบการขับขี่ ทั้งหมด 3 โหมด ได้แก่ โหมด Normal โหมด Eco และ โหมด Sport

NEW MG EP สามารถชาร์จไฟฟ้าได้ 2 แบบ คือ Quick Charge แบบ DC ผ่านหัวชาร์จประเภท CCS Combo 2 โดยชาร์จพลังงานตั้งแต่ 0 – 80% ในระยะเวลาประมาณ 40 นาที และ Normal Charge แบบ AC ชาร์จพลังงานตั้งแต่ 0 – 100% ผ่าน MG Home Charger ที่เป็นหัวชาร์จ TYPE II ใช้เวลาประมาณ 7 ชั่วโมง 15 นาที ซึ่งระยะเวลาในการชาร์จนั้น จะขึ้นอยู่กับระดับแบตเตอรี่ที่เหลืออยู่ นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถชาร์จพลังงานในระหว่างการขับขี่ กลับเข้าแบตเตอรี่ (Regenerative) ด้วย KERS Mode (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) โดยเลือกระดับการชาร์จพลังงานกลับ ได้ถึง 3 ระดับ

ระบบกันสะเทือนของช่วงล่าง แบบ Euro Tuning Suspension เสริมด้วยระบบช่วงล่างหน้า แบบ MacPherson Strut พร้อมเหล็กกันโคลง และช่วงล่างหลัง แบบทอร์ชั่นบีม ทำให้มั่นใจยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อขับขี่บนทุกสภาพถนน

มาพร้อมกับการดูแลรักษาที่ง่าย และมีค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำ ทั้งในเรื่องของค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงาน ที่ได้จากการชาร์จ ผ่าน MG Home Charger ง่ายๆที่บ้าน โดยสามารถชาร์จ จาก 0-100% และมีค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งเป็นค่าไฟฟ้า ประมาณ 200 บาท*ต่อการชาร์จไฟ 1 ครั้ง รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่าย ในการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะทาง ตลอดระยะเวลา 5 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งถึงก่อน จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายรวม ไม่เกิน 8,000 บาท อีกทั้งการบำรุงรักษาแบตเตอรี่ในระยะยาว MG ยังนำเทคโนโลยีการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ แบบ Module มาใช้ ในกรณีหากจำเป็นต้องมีการบำรุงรักษา สามารถแยกเปลี่ยนเฉพาะ Module นั้นๆได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนทั้งชุด จึงช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่าย ในระยะยาวได้

Mention “Bedok Bak Chor Mee” and I am sure what comes to your mind immediately is a soupy bowl of minced meat noodles with meatballs and minced pork. If you are a fan of Bedok-style bak chor mee or have been living in Bedok since childhood, you will probably recognize Mr Tan Poh Chye.

His grandfather started the business in 1923 along the streets of Chai Chee and he inherited the trade from his father. This 65-year-old hawker has retired from his original stall Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle at Blk 511 Bedok North. His son and wife run the stall now. (P/S not related to chai chee noodle village)

But there is this saying — once a hawker, always a hawker. Even though Mr Tan has retired for a few years, he is still very much interested in the trade. While he was doing volunteer work, he got to know Mr David Tan who is the owner of this coffeeshop.

David has been a fan of his bak chor mee and encouraged him to make a comeback to guide the younger generation. Now, you can enjoy the good old traditional Chai Chee Bak Chor Mee at a coffeeshop in MacPherson Lane!
