尾道の街で出会った絶品の尾道ラーメン！広島県尾道市『尾道らーめん ベッチャー』に伺ってきました。尾道ラーメンのお店といえば朱華園(現在は閉店し違う名前で営業中)、みやち、壱番館、たに、などが代表的なお店として挙げられます。こちら初訪問のお店で、ちょっと変わった店名は広島県尾道市で行なわれる「尾道べッチャー祭」にちなんでいるそうです。使われる鬼の面うち「ベタ」のことを『べッチャー』とも言うそうです。尾道の地元で大切にされてきた祭と味わいへの思い入れを感じる一杯、早速ご覧ください！

The exquisite Onomichi ramen that I met in the city of Onomichi! I visited "Onomichi Ramen Betcher" in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Speaking of Onomichi ramen shops, Shukaen (currently closed and open under a different name), Miyachi, Ichibankan, Tani, etc. are typical shops. This is the first shop I visited, and the name of the shop is said to be named after the "Onomichi Becher Festival" held in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is said that the "solid" of the demon masks used is also called "betcher". Please take a look at the festival and the taste that have been cherished locally in Onomichi.

Hi everyone! This is Wilang, an explorer from Taiwan. I’ll be showing you how to cook in the wild using bamboo to create a classic Taiwanese, aboriginal dish.

In the past when there were no pots and pans, people sourced many things locally from nature. Today we are using the old wisdom of aborigines and turning bamboo into natural pots, bowls and chopsticks.

Our ingredients are wild fish and shrimp freshly caught from the river and seasoned with simple ginger slices and salt.
