打工仔一直希望生活和工作平衡，到底做不做到？美國手機保安技術公司Kisi最新發布一項關於2019年最佳工作生活平衡城市（Cities for the Best Work-Life Balance 2019）調查，在40個城市中表現最佳的城市，為得100分的芬蘭赫爾辛基成榜首。而香港在40個城市中亦榜上有名，得32.56分，位列第35名。

是次調查以Work Intensity、Society and Institutions及City Livability三個部分，共20個因素組成。該些因素包括每周工時、失業指數、醫療保障、性別平等及空氣污染指數等。香港在每周工時方面，達44小時，屬每周工時最長的第4名；空氣污染指數更達95.8，成調查中空氣污染情況最嚴重的第三名。

調查中排名前五名的城市除了有榜首，位於芬蘭的赫爾辛基，分別為德國慕尼克、挪威奧斯陸、德國漢堡和瑞典斯德哥爾摩。其所得評分，分別為98.32、95.26、93.57及89.12。

許多人來到加拿大打工度假的第一站通常不是多倫多就是溫哥華。

相對較少人選擇AB省的卡加利或班夫，為什麼呢？ 可能是人生地不熟，資訊又不多，因此對這個地方會充滿許多的不確定，害怕白跑一趟，所以選擇工作機會較多的城市為第一站。

溫哥華是一個生活及交通都很便利的城市，除了市區及中國城周遭怪人多了點，其餘的條件真的都很好，也是世界宜居城市前十名。

然而，去了一次班夫後，一整個愛上那樣群山擁抱的清新空氣，每天享受大自然的悠閒步調，坐在湖畔遠眺雪山，靜靜的聆聽流水潺潺，溫暖的咖啡香氣在這裡也變得更加絕妙⋯

也許，很多都市小孩會覺得無聊，沒有太多餐廳，沒有百貨公司，沒有便利的交通系統，但這裡有這我們喜歡的寧靜，有我們喜歡的單純。

Perhaps, that's a boring life for city people, no many restaurants, no many shopping malls, and no convenient traffic, but we love the serenity of the nature, and the simple life, if your interest is same like us, Alberta is the perfect place for you.

Highly recommend the cities of Alberta to be the first stop for the work holiday experience to Canada.

Then the reality for the salary and tax is quite different, the condition in Alberta is better than British Columbia.....
