「去年八月，我和家人一同造訪在博依西舉行的西愛達荷州嘉年華。對我這個都會女孩來說，那是一個大開眼界且非常棒的經驗。你可以把州際嘉年華想成是一個遊樂園，只是它把重點放在農牧產品上。在那裏有農產品（馬鈴薯，甜菜），牧畜 （牛，馬） ，藝術品（棉被，蕾絲針織物） 的比賽，還有一大堆好玩的活動像是演唱會及賽豬。我最喜歡的部分則是觸摸式動物園，我超級享受和那些可愛的小羊還有羊駝的互動！」 - Janice #Summer17

“My family visited the Western Idaho State Fair in Boise, Idaho last August, which was really an amazing and eye-opening experience for a city girl like me. Think of the State Fair as an amusement park – with a special focus on agriculture. There were competitions for crops (e.g. potatoes and sugar beets), livestock (e.g. cattle and horses), and artwork (e.g. quilts and lacework), in addition to tons of fun activities, such as concerts and pig races. My favorite part of the Fair had to be the petting zoo, where I enjoyed interactions with those cute lambs and alpacas!” – Janice
