คิดจะเปลี่ยนงานตอนนี้ก็กลัวตกงานอีก

อาชีพที่เหมือนไม่โดนพิษโควิด-19
แต่อะไรก็เกิดขึ้นได้บนโลกกลมๆ ใบในี้

เพราะอย่าลืมว่า อาชีพนี้มีกรรมอย่างหนึ่ง
กรรมที่ว่า ก็นั่นไง "กรรมกรโลกไอที"
ฉายาที่พวกเราโดนแซวประจำ
เพราะอาชีพนี้ต้องเจอแรงกดดันจากเนื้องาน
แถมรายได้บางคนก็ต่ำเตี้ยเรี่ยดิน
บางคนทำงานมา 3-4 ปี
เงินเดือนขยับติสต์หนึ่ง
ขึ้นอยู่กับนายจ้างจะเมตากรุณา ปราณี มุทิตา อุเบกขา

แต่ครั้นพอเจอเด็กจบใหม่เดินเข้ามา
ประสบการณ์ก็ไม่มี ทำอะไรก็ไม่เป็นอีก
ต้องให้เราเป็นพี่เลี้ยงใจดี สอนงานให้
แต่พอมารู้เงินเดือนว่าเยอะกว่าเราที่เป็นผู้สอน
โอ้ยยย...มันเจ็บสะเทือนใจจนถึงดาวอังคาร
เฮอ! ชีวิต จนเครียด.....
กลับห้องไปกินมาม่าต่อดีกว่า

จะว่าไปแล้วทุกอาชีพมีทั้งรวยและจน คละกันไป

มีทั้งคนรายได้น้อยมากกๆๆๆ จนไส้แห้ง

ทำไมเหมือนกับนรก กับสวรรค์เบี่ยงเยี่ยงนี้

มันก็แปลกดีเหมือนกัน
คนยืนอยู่ยอดปีระมิด มักเป็นชนกลุ่มน้อยในสังคม
แต่คนอยู่ที่ฐานล่าง ดันเป็นคนกลุ่มมากนี้ซิ
แล้วแต่เราจะเลือกอยู่ฝั่งไหนเนอะ?
ก็ชีวิตเราลิขิตเอง ช่วยไม่ได้นิ!

หรือก็คือตำแหน่งงานโปรแกรมเมอร์นั่นแหละ
แต่เป็นโปรแกรมเมอร์ที่อยู่ในเส้นทางสายเอาท์ซอร์ส
ที่เน้นต่อสัญญาระยะสั้นกับนายจ้าง ซึ่งพวกนี้รายได้ดี
มักเรียกกันว่า contract 😁

จะขอยกตัวอย่าง
ที่เว็บหางานระดับชาติแห่งหนึ่ง
มีบริษัทนามว่า โอน้อยออก
ประกาศหาคนเป็นโปรแกรมเมอร์
ด้วยการระบุรายได้ 50,000 บาทต่อเดือนขึ้นไป
โดยมีประสบการณ์แค่ 2-3 ปีเอง

ถ้าเห็นประกาศแบบนี้ 🔎
ก็ให้สันนิฐานว่าเขากำลังตามไล่ล่าหาเอาท์ซอร์สแหละครับ
และนี้คือช่องทางสร้างความร่ำรวยในระยะเวลาอันสั้น
ในฐานะมนุษย์เงินเดือนอีกอาชีพหนึ่ง
