    🌟 Brittany Blue Lobster Poached with Sicilian Peach 🦞🍑, Kaluga Caviar & Cherry Tomato Confit. Supplement HKD $120. A super wonderful Lobster bite by @toscadiangelo , for 2019 to 2020 period definitely one of the most memorable Lobster dishes I have had the luck to eat. The other one being at @tirpse_hk . The last time I could stretch back & remember an amazing Lobster dish was at @mickitchen under @chris__Keung . Unless it was a Langoustine then that would be at @Arborhk . Hope I didn't miss anyone 🥰🤔

    🌟 Fassona Beef Carpaccio with Light Mustard, Artichokes & Arugula, Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. I have eaten this quite a few times, this time the Piemonte Beef Flavor was very pronounced. Not very typical for HK context, which is always welcomed!! 😋😍
