Relatively rarer to eat in Hong Kong, with barely around 3 shops serving one irregularly. Even at this NEW 🆕 shop, we actually came back to book the 2nd time to ensure a batch. So please call up【Chou Chou 兆鳥, Tsim Sha Tsui, HK】to know what they have on Special, which is still operating like a Soft opening.

The #きんかん part was super fresh this batch, the overall skewer seasoned/cooked surprisingly well. Apparently one of the lady owners studied & worked quite a few years in Japan 🇯🇵. A Yakitori opening which surprised on the upside, using mostly Japanese Kagoshima satsuma chicken, but fresher parts necessarily for daily butchering sourced in HK locally.. ❤️😋🐔

Apple Watch的「心電圖」功能
15日將在台灣解鎖，4代以後的機型可以使用。

所謂的心電圖功能，其實是為了要找出「心房顫動AFib」這種心律不整的病人。

它現在還不能偵測有立即生命危險的心律，像心室頻脈VT或心室顫動VF，也還無法偵測心肌梗塞的變化。這些重要功能，未來希望有機會出現！如果在偵測到這種危險的心電圖，還能夠自動撥打119，那就更讚了！

那，目前這個找出「心房顫動AFib」有什麼用呢？因為心房顫動的病人，容易發生腦中風，需要使用抗凝血劑預防中風。找出「心房顫動AFib」，是希望能提早治療。

心房顫動，有人是一直持續存在，有人則是偶爾發生—— 稱為「陣發性心房顫動」。其實，稍為留意自己的心跳或脈搏，也很容易可以發現。只是一般人可能不會區分這是不是心房顫動。

心房顫動的心律，英文的描述叫「irregularly irregular」意即「不規則的不規則」。其相對應的就是「規則的不規則」(像某些房室傳導異常，就會每幾跳就停一跳的)或是偶爾的不規則(像心房或心室的早期收縮) 。
心房顫動的「不規則的不規則」，簡單的說，就是亂得「毫無章法」。

Apple Watch的「心電圖」功能，能夠記錄這樣的心律，讓醫生判讀。但是它不是自動記錄的，必須是佩戴者自己啟動才能記錄。如果佩戴者本身是「持續有心房顫動」，那麼他隨時記錄一段，就有可能「抓到」這個心律。如果佩戴者是「陣發性心房震動」，那他就必須在自己「感覺心跳在亂跳」的時候紀錄，才有可能抓到這個心律。(當然，也會有人記錄了一大堆自己以為異常的，拿去給醫生看，結果都「正常」)

啟動「心電圖」App，然後用手指按住數位表冠，當使用者觸碰數位表冠，才會連通電路，偵測並記錄心律。

所以，不要對這個心電圖App的功能有「過高」的期待，你大概也不會天天用到它。不過，這是一個好的開始！能夠多發現一個病人，就有機會能提早治療。
一般人會為了偵測這個去買一台嗎？家中老人多的，可以輪流佩戴，偵測到以後，再傳給下一個人。醫療院所、公司行號、里辦公室... 或許可以考慮讓「疑似」的人，借回去記錄一、兩週？

最後，到底什麼是「竇性心律」？它就是「一般人」的「正常」心跳節律啦！

補充：
健檢報告上提到的「竇性心律不整」就是「正常」的意思！因為心律會隨著呼吸忽快忽慢：吸氣的時候會跳得比較快，吐氣的時候跳得比較慢。

猫のおはぎちゃんを近距離で撮影すると、こういう事がよく起こります。特に、彼女の毛繕いシーンにピントを合わせている時が多いかもしれません。良い表情を掴みたいがために接近すると、不規則に動く彼女の細長い手足が、不意にぶつかってきます。
