今早看新聞，#中國河南鄭州 降下暴雨，洪水灌入捷運，乘客站立水中待援，受難者橫躺在月台，行人在街道被沖走，種種景象怵目驚心，目前傳出至少有12人死亡。而這幾天，高雄的強降雨伴隨雷擊，造成市區多處積水，鳳山甚至有民眾不慎觸電倒地送醫。#氣候變遷 帶來的危害，已經迫在眼前，不容我們輕忽，尤其是 #時雨量 超過洪水(排水)設計標準的情況，恐將成為常態，相關單位必須研擬因應辦法，超前佈署。
　　
以高雄為例，過去幾年，因為登革熱肆虐，很多水溝蓋上面鋪了一層墊子或紗網，孔洞被枝葉或雜物堵塞，加上柏油路面覆蓋阻礙排水，遇到暴雨，水退去的速度多少會受到影響，未來如何讓水溝蓋兼具排水、防蚊、美觀安全等功能，在設計上就得花點心思。
