運動前中後補水法
做運動出汗會令身體大量流失水分，必須飲水補充，等到口渴才飲水已經太遲，應該在運動前、中、後期都適量飲水，一般運動飲清水已經足夠；運動飲料只適合進行劇烈運動，如馬拉松、打籃球等大量流汗後飲用，消耗量不足又過量飲用容易致肥。也建議大家運動前後飲用米水，迅速補充體力。

運動前飲水：
- 運動前30分鐘飲用約100-150毫升水
- 如果進行戶外活動，運動前飲水尤其重要，有助預防中暑
- 冬天宜喝暖水幫助暖身

運動中飲水：
- 感到口渴要適量飲一兩口水
- 未有口渴感覺，亦建議每15-20分鐘飲50-100毫升清水
- 補水次數跟據運動時間長短、強度、環境等有所不同

運動後飲水：
- 切勿一時間狂灌大量水份，以免導致「中水毒」低血鈉的情況
- 運動後兩小時內，分數次飲用300-500毫水清水，讓身體逐漸吸收

Hydration before, during and after sports
We are bound to lose fluid when we sweat during sports. Hence, we must rehydrate the body regularly. In fact, we should be drinking water even before we feel thirsty. It is important to drink enough water before, during, and after sports.

Drinking plain water is good enough, but we can opt for isotonic drinks for more intense and sweat-inducing sports such as marathon and basketball. Please be mindful that excessive consumption of isotonic drinks can cause fat to accumulate if we do not exercise enough to burn the calories. It is also good to drink rice water before and after sports to replenish our stamina.

Before sports:
- Drink 100-150ml of water 30 minutes before the session
- This is especially important for outdoor sports to prevent heatstroke
- Opt for warm water in the winter to keep the body warm

During sports
- Take a sip or two when you feel thirsty
- Try to drink 50-100ml of water every 15-20 minutes even when you are not thirsty
- Hydrate the body according to the duration and intensity of the sports as well as the environment

After sports
- Avoid gulping down a lot of water in one go, as it could cause water intoxication (when the amount of salt and other electrolytes in your body become too diluted)
- Drink 300-500ml of plain water in stages within the next two hours, so the body can gradually absorb the liquid

呢位英國私校嘅老師前年帶一班高中生去南美哥斯達黎加旅行，盡情到同學生飲酒，醉到帶咗幾個去脫衣舞酒吧見識下。

期間亂咁講嘢「信唔信我踢爆你個頭」（"kick the head in"），「我無嘢㗎，你就大鑊喇」（I'm not in trouble - you'll be in trouble），轉頭就好似教父一樣錫個學生額頭「好喇，你無事嘅」（you're all right）。

而佢响紀律聆訊嘅辯解竟然係：

太醉斷咗片唔記得（"due to his state of intoxication did not dispute the recollection of those present"），最後被停職。

I love cooking and Batik. So today I feel like wearing Batik to cook.
How many of you like bitter gourd? I love them. So today I am trying out this dish, and I love it.

Ingredients:
. A few regular size bitter gourds (I am using the small ones in this video as I couldnt find the normal regular type)
. 4 eggs or more, you can use salted eggs too
. salt, but if u use salted eggs then you dont need salt
. vinegar

For the dipping sauce:
. chopped garlic and onions
. cut chili padi
. spring onions. sesame
. soya sauce. vinegar
. lime juice
. boiling oil

TURKISH LEATHER by Pryn Parfums is one of my all-time favorite leather fragrances ever made. One of the BEST leather fragrance on the market for sure. Ever since I got I’ve been wearing it a lot. Honestly I think Turkish Leather is one of the hidden gem fragrances for sure, not enough people know about it, and that’s why I’m here to send out the message.

TURKISH LEATHER REVIEW BREAKDOWN

Scent- this opens up with a usual note of caramelized dried dates. It’s quite strange but undeniably delicious. I literately cannot get enough of the opening. Pryn Parfums really did a magical job with this one. As it dries down you’ll start to notice more incense, cocoa, leather, and some soft oud. It’s very present mix of rich and dark notes. The smell is pure intoxication, unique, and a must try for any leather or gourmand lover.

Performance- Turkish Leather performs insanely well. 10 plus hours every time, with good projection up to 3 hours long. It’s strong enough to pierce through the cold of Alaska weather which is pretty insane to think about. Not a lot of fragrances can do that. But Turkish Leather can. Madness.

Season- Best for winter, this is a warm and heavy scent so wearing this thing in the summer time is like begging to get criticizes. It will be too cloying.

Occasion- Best at high-class event, but personally I wear this anytime as a signature scent. Love this stuff, it’s unique so you can rest assure you won’t smell like the average Joe out there. Great both indoor and outdoor. The silage is strong enough to pierce Alaska’s winter air, but the scent is still cozy enough to be worn in close quarters without offending anyone.

Turkish Leather by Pryn Parfums, one of the BEST leather fragrance on the market, if you haven’t smelled this yet, you are missing out.
