El TIPAT se trata de un Tratado de Libre Comercio Multilateral cuyo objetivo es incrementar negocios y mercados de las Partes. CPTPP於2018年在六個締約國中正式生效，至今為止已累積11會員國。CPTPP為一種多邊自由貿易協定，其目的為開放市場及促進締約國貿易量。 Para poder entrar en el TIPAT, Taiwán tendrá que obtener el permiso de estos once miembros, lo cual sería un problema para Taiwán, ya que otro solicitante, China, se opondrá la entrada de Taiwán pidiendo a todo el mundo que acate el principio de una sola china. 如台灣要成功進入CPTPP，則需要所有會員國同意，而這將對台灣會是個挑戰。因為另一個申請國，中國，勢必會主張一個中國原則對台灣進行打壓。 Según prensas japonesas, el ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Japón, Toshimitsu Motegi, quien está reuniéndose con los jefes diplomáticos de Corea y EE.UU en Nueva York, ha acogido con agrado la solicitud de Taiwán durante una rueda de prensa. 根據日本媒體，正在紐約與韓國及美國外相進行訪談的日本外務大臣茂木敏充在記者會上對台灣的申請表達歡迎。 A nivel global, Taiwán exportó mercancías por 346,634 millones de dólares en 2020, lo que representó un 2% de las ventas externas mundiales, un alza interanual de 5%, según datos de la Organización Mundial de Comercio (OMC). 根據世界貿易組織的資料，台灣在2020年出口貿易量為3466.34億美元，佔全球出口貿易量2%，年增長為5%。 Según la ministra de Economía, Taiwán obtendrá un beneficio económica más de 2% si logramos adherirse al TIPAT. I share bits and pieces of my personal life here because I think it's easy to forget that there's a real human being behind the screen sometimes. When we look at someone with an obvious job role we often focus so much on what they can do for us. This can become such an overpowering thought that we forget to be courteous, and it is definitely something that's made worse by technology. We get to vent without seeing the facial expression of the receiving party - less guilt, less empathy. 'I've been waiting for f***ing 20mins and it's not ready?' 'Just a small cake also so expensive!' 'This class was lousy - One ⭐' 'Ugh attention whore, just stop' Before you think I'm someone with complete control over my temper and the words that come out of my mouth, I've definitely been a prick in some situations. But it's also something that I constantly strive to work on through my yoga practice. If you've been to my class you would've heard me asking you to pause and notice your breath and thoughts after certain challenging moves in class. As much as some of us might want to just keep the heart rate up, I think the ability to pause and reflect is integral. It helps one to take skillful action when it comes to dealing with tough situations, or making difficult decisions in life. This doesn't mean that you should supress whatever emotion that arises but rather, take time to notice it. Look at it as though you're watching a movie play - what's the mood of this movie right now? Can you navigate through what you're feeling?

Was talking to a friend how our instagrams got started & took off. Mine was when I did progress photos & tutorials, quite quickly though lots of people started doing them too & it was a big turn off for me cause tutorials often = more followers/saves/likes which made me question are the sequences genuine sequences or are they for likes & followers. To what extent would we go to be that popular? What level of authenticity is there in the money making business of social media. I think anyone who does social media asks themselves these questions. I ask myself the same thing all the time. It’s what makes me want to quit IG altogether as at some point where is the line between what’s real & not real. But I guess these platforms are a big part of our lives now. You see these people fall in love, get heart broken, get married & have babies. Though we may have never met we are connected through pictures & videos & that builds community which I can’t deny has had a positive effect in a way where if you don’t have the community you need near you, you can find it online. A lot of thinking, questioning, inquiring, deciding. All an integral part of life & growth. Today I just post what I want when I want, turn off the like count & continue to see where all this will take me. #socialmedia
