曾經有朋友問我
一直去咖啡店不會膩嗎？吃得東西都大同小異
記得當時回答：不會
過了N年後
現在的回答還是不會～
住在有著咖啡之都之稱的墨爾本
最不缺的就是咖啡館！
尤其每隔一陣子就會有新的店冒出，去都去不完，而且每次跟不同人去，即使是同家店也都會有不同感受～反正就是為自己愛吃找個藉口啦🤣 #艾薇將探店 的熱情不滅
開在Mount Albert North 的Matilda
只開幕三個多月，人潮絡繹不絕
或許是因為附近就這麼一家咖啡店
很受當地居民的親睞
去之前對店沒什麼研究，就是那個裝潢吸引了我，去之後才發現這家店蠻有特色，好像是間素寶寶的店～
餐點設計上幾乎都沒有肉類，想要攝取一點protein 就要自己加點Ham , Bacon或者Salmon；甚至蛋糕、甜點類很多都也標明Vegan （不含蛋奶
Winter Bowl 我自己是吃得很滿足，一整天都覺得自己很健康（烤得乾爽的地瓜好好吃，我自己烤得常常都濕濕爛爛
咖啡豆則是來自於Inglewood，屬於比較重口味的，加Soy很平衡，看咖啡顏色就知道我喝完又要上火了😅 燥熱體質的人就自己斟酌啦！
那天去的時候接近中午，剛好旁邊sport centre 的小孩們lunch break，看到門前空地一堆堆的小孩們，只能說年輕真好～沒煩惱的玩耍就好了。
