I don't think I could have survived the past year if not for the two of you. I see how you have matured and grown as big sisters, how you try your best to teach and tolerate your younger brother, how you dote on the baby to the moon and back, how you enjoy being little Mamas and helping to change diapers, bathe, carry and calm him when he cries, how you try your best to cope with HBL, homework and revision independently, how you care for each other and like to share girly secrets, and last but not least, how you love me and Papa too.

Growing up, I thought having two kids would be ideal but that notion changed along the way. A big part of it was because seeing the two of you grow up into who you are made me feel like it would be wonderful to have a bigger family. Indeed, both of you have welcomed your siblings with open arms and are the best daughters and best sisters I could dream of, and I am so thankful that we are where we are today.

No doubt we will still have a great deal of challenges to tackle as you two become tweens and teens in a year or two, yet somehow, I know one way or another, we are gonna be all right. No, in fact, we are gonna be more than all right. We will weather every storm hand in hand and through it all, you two will be my BFFs and hopefully, I can be someone whom you are willing to share all your ups and downs, joy and woe with too.

Thank you for making me believe that I can be a good mum and for motivating me to be even better every day. I love you, my girls. ❤

Earpiece boosted battery life is useful just in case I totally forget to charge. #BusyMom
Most importantly left and right earbuds can be used independently for my zoom calls and music (and even charging), or maybe shut it off to make sure I can hear my girls calling for help.... Pray I can concentrate better.

Sự kiện 'TED Monterey 2021' nói chung và TEDxUAHLive nói riêng, được diễn ra với mong muốn lan tỏa cảm xúc tích cực qua các buổi trò chuyện của các diễn giả đến từ khắp nơi trên thế giới, từ mọi ngành nghề, giới tính. 'The Case for Optimism' không chỉ đơn thuần xoay quanh chủ đề dịch bệnh hay nền kinh tế hiện tại,... mà sẽ là các chủ đề về các cơ hội về môi trường, công nghệ, sức khỏe, văn hóa, những khả năng và cơ hội trong tương lai - những thứ có thể sẽ thay đổi thế giới hoặc đơn giản hơn là chính bạn trong thời gian sắp tới.

Tại TEDxUAHLive, khán thính giả sẽ có cơ hội lắng nghe nhiều góc nhìn được chia sẻ từ những diễn giả đến từ 'TED Monterey 2021'. Từ đó cùng nhau thảo luận, nêu ra các quan điểm cá nhân về chủ đề "Sự lạc quan" dưới sự dẫn dắt của người dẫn chương trình và các vị khách mời đặc biệt.

視聴者の方からのオススメを頂いてきました！神奈川県横浜市『中華上大岡タンタン』に伺いました。前回の美味しさが忘れられず再訪。今回は前回の訪問時に視聴者の方からオススメしていただいたメニューを頂きました。上大岡タンタンは川崎近辺を中心に店舗を展開する「元祖ニュータンタンメン本舗」から離れ独自でやられているお店だそうです。店員さんの熟練した職人技が目の前で見られるのもお店の魅力のひとつかもしれません。通常は夕方から深夜までですが、今だけ昼営業もされているとのこと。食べるだけで元気がもらえそうなタンタンメン、早速ご覧ください！

以前伺った家系店の横須賀のお店！神奈川県横須賀市『きたくり家 横須賀中央店』に伺いました。以前伺った横須賀市の北久里浜駅の『きたくり家本店』。今回は「横須賀中央店」に初訪問です。「きたくり家」は1999年に開店し、2006年には「きたくり家 港南台店」をオープンされています。「きたくり家」で使用されている麺も独自に発注している中太麺とのこと。以前伺った本店のラーメンがとても美味しく、今回横須賀中央店に伺うのも楽しみに伺いました。それでは早速ご覧ください！

Banana Kingdom is an independent studio of lilKrake, a zero-cost music producer from Taiwan, completed the first official Mixtape - "4loating Dream" with his team partner Toxik.
All the songs are recorded and mixed independently by lilKrake, with the help of several domestic and foreign Beat Makers, and the mixtape cover drawn by a friend, successfully completed this almost zero budget project.
In "4loating Dream", these nine songs use melodic rap and Emo style to express the emotions and thoughts of the two artists' experiences and mental illnesses. Starting from "Fading Out", nine songs will take you into a gloomy world.
