    減肥先暖身(陽虛型👍)
    明明吃得不多,但全身肥肉鬆泡泡,面部又浮腫,多跑兩步已經無氣無力,大風吹過覺得很冷,這種陽虛型體質人士減肥特別容易失敗,全因他們體內的「火爐」燃料不夠 —— 陽氣不足,新陳代謝緩慢,令脂肪容易積聚。想減肥必先要提升陽氣,多吃助陽食物,例如羊肉、生薑、肉桂、南瓜、洋蔥、蟲草、高麗參等,同時避免吃生冷食物及凍飲。做運動要循序漸進,先在陽光底下散步及慢跑,或者多做伸展、太極等強度小的運動,時間從15分鐘增加到30分鐘,建立好運動習慣後再做帶氧運動,體質改善便有助控制體重。

    食材小貼士:
    靈芝性平,有補肝氣、益心氣、養肺氣、固腎氣的功效,適合體質虛弱、氣血不足人士食用。

    靈芝南瓜淮山栗子湯
    功效:補肝養腎,紓緩容易疲倦、多汗、面色偏白等症狀。
    材料:南瓜400克(約半斤)、紅蘿蔔2根、靈芝15克、淮山15克、栗子80克、紅棗4枚
    做法:
    1. 所有材料洗淨,南瓜去皮去籽切大塊,紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊,栗子去衣取肉備用。
    2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水及全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

    Warm your body before trying to lose weight (for yang-deficient body constitution👍)

    Some people do not eat a lot, but their bodies and faces often look bloated. They would easily run out of breath after running a few laps, and feel cold when a gentle breeze brushes them by.

    Individuals with a yang-deficient body constitution would find it difficult to lose weight because the ‘furnace’ in their bodies lacks ‘fuel’ – the yang energy, have slow metabolism, and the fact that fats could easily accumulate in their body.

    In order to lose weight effectively, we need to boost the yang energy by consuming ingredients such as mutton, young ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin, onion, cordyceps, and Panax ginseng. Avoid consuming raw and cold foods and drinks.

    Increase your exercise level in increments. It is best to start with a brisk walk or jog slowly under the sun, or do more stretching exercises and taichi as they are less intense. Increase the exercise duration from 15 to 30 minutes, and once a regular exercise regime is established, start focusing on aerobic exercises. This would help improve the body constitution and in turn regulate your body weight.

    Tip on the ingredients:
    Ganoderma lucidum (‘ling zhi’) is mild in nature; good for the qi in the liver, heart, lungs, and kidneys. It is suitable for individuals who have a weak body, and those who lack the qi and blood.

    Ganoderma lucidum (‘ling zhi’) and pumpkin soup with Chinese yam and chestnut
    Effects: Replenishes the liver and nourishes the kidneys. Relieves symptoms such as fatigue, heavy sweating, pale face.
    Ingredients: 400g pumpkin(around 1/2 catty), 2 carrot, 15g Ganoderma lucidum (‘ling zhi’), 15g Chinese yam, 80g chestnut, 4 red dates
    Preparation:
    1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peeled and pulped pumpkin into pieces. Cut the peeled carrot into pieces. Peel the chestnuts.
    2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.

    不知道大家愛喝泰式奶茶嗎?我自己本身是很愛了,有時候喝慣了紅茶和綠茶的奶茶,想來一點不一樣的,就會想喝泰式奶茶。今天使用的是太子牌的泰式奶茶,它的泰式奶茶風味濃郁,通過非常簡單的做法就可以製作成香到不行的泰奶醬,非常適合做馬卡龍內餡,不太甜的同時又有濃郁的泰式奶茶香氣,想要來一點特別的甜點嗎?試試今天的馬卡龍吧:)

    泰式奶茶馬卡龍食譜:
    分量:可以做16 顆
    材料:
    杏仁粉55g
    糖粉100g
    蛋白55g
    白砂糖50g
    塔塔粉一小撮(或幾滴檸檬汁)
    可食用色素橘色
    泰式奶茶內餡:
    太子牌三合一泰式奶茶2 包
    牛奶130g
    動物性鮮奶油250g

    做法:
    馬卡龍殼:
    1.將杏仁粉和糖粉過篩。
    2.蛋白加入塔塔粉(或幾滴檸檬汁)使用電動打蛋器中速攪打,白砂糖分兩次加入蛋白,攪打至蛋白霜質地細膩,打蛋器拉起來有一個彎鉤。
    3.加入幾滴食用色素,繼續攪打至打蛋器拉起來有一個硬挺的尖角。
    4.將杏仁粉和糖粉分兩次加入蛋白霜中翻版均勻。翻拌的動作要輕柔,防止蛋白霜消泡。翻拌至矽膠棒拉起來,麵糊呈現慢速低落回盆中,就可以了。
    5.將麵糊裝入裱花袋中,在烘焙紙上擠出圓形。
    6.讓麵糊晾乾至手碰表面不會有粘粘,麵糊表面有一層乾燥的薄膜。
    7.放入烤箱烘烤,165 攝氏度或330 華氏度,13 分鐘。
    8.將馬卡龍取出,徹底放涼後,再用抹刀將馬卡龍殼取下。
    泰式奶茶醬內餡:
    1.將泰式奶茶粉和牛奶,動物性鮮奶油一起放入小鍋中。
    2.用中火加熱,加熱途中不停攪拌至醬變濃稠,呈現在矽膠棒上不會滴落的狀態。
    3.將泰式奶茶醬倒入小碗,包保鮮膜貼著表面蓋住,放入冰箱降溫。
    組裝:
    1.將泰式奶茶醬裝入裱花袋,擠在馬卡龍殼上。
    2.好吃濃郁的泰式奶茶馬卡龍完成,盡情享用吧

    Thai Tea Macaron Recipe:
    Make 16 macaron
    Ingredient:
    Almond flour 55g
    Powder sugar 100g
    Egg white 55g
    Granulated sugar 50g
    Pinch cream of tartar ( or few drops of lemon juice)
    Orange gel food coloring
    Thai tea filling:
    Prince of Peace 3-in-1 Instant Thai Tea, 2 sachets
    Milk 130g
    Heavy cream 250g

    Direction:
    Macaron:
    1.Sift almond flour and powdered sugar with a medium-sized mesh .
    2.Add granulated sugar in two increments while stirring the egg whites with tartar powder or lemon juice. Stir
    3.Add few drops of orange gel food coloring and beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
    4.Add almond flour and granulated sugar in two increments and gently fold the mixture until combined. Stop folding when the batter falls into ribbons.
    5.Cut a straight line on the piping bag and prepare cookie sheet on the parchment.
    6.Tap the baking pan to release air bubbles and let them dry.
    7.Bake at 330 degrees Fahrenheit or 165 degrees Celsius for 13 minutes.
    8.Remove macarons from the parchment until they completely cool down.
    Thai Tea filling:
    1.Add milk and heavy cream with 2 sachets of Prince of Peace 3-in-1 Instant Thai Tea into a bowl.
    2.Stir it at medium heat and thicken the mixture.
    3.Cool it down in the refrigerator
    Macaron Assembly:
    1.Pipe the Thai tea sauce between macaron shells.
    2.Enjoy the tasty treat!

    Biomutant Guide: How to Farm Bio Points
    All Spot Bio Nucleus Farming Locations

    In Biomutant, there are several different types of skill points that can be invested into abilities and upgrades. Depending on the type of skill point, these could be spent on resistances, mutation skills, Wung-Fu skills, or even weapon skills.

    Bio Points are one of two skill point types that can be invested into mutation skills. Needless to say, you’re going to want a whole bunch of these (the game is called Biomutant, after all)

    There are two different types of mutations in Biomutant:

    Biogenetics and Psi. Biogenetic mutations grant you physical abilities

    However, they also have another use: You can invest Bio Points into resistances. There are five main hazard types in the game: heat, cold, radioactive, hypoxia, and biohazard. You have resistances against all five, and Bio Points can be invested into all of them except for hypoxia. You’ll upgrade in increments of 10%, but upgrades will get more expensive as you get closer to 100%. And yes, you can upgrade to 100%, which allows you to travel through hazard zones without armor. Believe me, this is incredibly useful for late-game.

    So where do you get these tasty, tasty Bio Points? Well, there are two ways to get them:

    I got an Oreo-style mold, so I made something like Oreo with cookies sandwiched between chocolates.The point of the effort is to bake the cookies inside as white as possible to make them look more like cream.This mold is so cute. I hope I can make soap or something.
    *recipe*
    Make the Oreo cookie part with chocolate
    1.Place 70g of chocolate in a heatproof container and cover with plastic wrap.
    2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 50 seconds. Switch back and forth and heat again for 50 seconds.
    3.Take it out,stir slowly to prevent air bubbles from forming and melt the chocolate completely.(If it does not melt completely, heat in 10-second increments.)
    4.Mix for 1 minute while cooling with ice water.
    5.Cover with plastic wrap again and heat for 40 seconds.
    6.Pour into a mold.
    7.Tap the mold on the table to release the air bubbles.
    8.Chill in the refrigerator.

    Make the cream part of Oreo with cookies
    9.Knead 50g of unsalted butter softly.
    10.Mix in 40g of sugar.
    11.Eat in 20g egg white.
    12.Sift 100g of cake flour and fold.
    13.Roll the dough into a tube and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
    14.When the dough is easy to handle, take it out of the freezer, form it into a 4 cm tube, and chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
    15.When cool enough to cut, cut into thin slices. I made about 24 sheets.

    チョコレートでオレオのクッキー部分を作ります
    1.耐熱容器にチョコレート70gを入れ、ラップをする。
    2.電子レンジ 600wで50秒加熱する。前後を入れ替えて、再び50秒加熱する。
    3.取り出し、気泡を作らないようにゆっくり混ぜ、チョコレートを完全に溶かす(完全に溶けない場合は10秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱する)。
    4.氷水で冷やしながら1分混ぜる。
    5.再びラップをして、40秒加熱する。
    6.型に流し込む。
    7.トントントンと台に打ち付け、気泡を抜く。
    8.冷蔵庫で冷やす。

    クッキーでオレオのクリーム部分を作ります
    9.無塩バター 50gを柔らかく練る。
    10.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。
    11.卵白 20gを入れ混ぜる。
    12.薄力粉 100gをふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
    13.ざっくりと筒状にまとめ、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。
    14.扱いやすくなったら冷凍庫から取り出し、4cmの筒状にし、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。
    15.切れるくらいの固さまで冷えたら、薄く切り分ける。24枚ほどできました。
    16.天板に並べ、140℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。白く焼き上げるために10分の段階で、上にアルミ箔と天板を入れました。

    17.(8)を型から取り出す。
    18.焼き上がった(16)がまだ温かいうちに(17)で挟みくっける。
    19.でけた。かわええ。
