It’s actually not difficult to get your steps in. Besides keeping active for 30 minutes every day, you can also achieve incidental steps by doing your house chores, walking your dog, going grocery shopping, walking up the stairs, taking our the garbage and more. All these little tasks will add up to your daily steps and keep the heart healthy. ❤️

Học ở Hawaii, vừa được kiến thức vừa tha hồ thưởng ngoạn vẻ đẹp của hòn đảo này thì còn gì bằng ha cả nhà Schofan chúng ta? Đây là học bổng mà hàng năm đều cho Việt Nam. May mắn là chị có quen một vài người bạn trong đó 1 chị đang công tác ở Tây Nguyên và 1 đồng nghiệp ở Facebook đều đi theo học bổng ni.
Một trong những mục đích của chương trình là cung cấp cơ hội giáo dục, xây dựng cộng đồng, tăng cường khả năng lãnh đạo.

- Tài trợ toàn phần:
Full-time graduate tuition and fees up to the equivalent of the tuition charged for post-baccalaureate students at the University of Hawaii at Manoa toward master's or doctoral studies;
Housing in an East-West Center residence hall, based on single occupancy;
A stipend to partially cover food and incidental expenses;
An allowance for books, materials and supplies; and
Subsidy toward health insurance coverage.
