    Saya terpaksa tutup pejabat kerana supply food bank dah habis.

    Tak putus putus orang datang setiap hari.

    Total sejak COVID, dah ~10,000 Food Basket diberikan ke keluarga susah.

    運動從我的興趣嗜好 變成我的紀律壓力
    即便熬夜晚睡
    一早仍強迫癱軟的身體放棄溫柔的床褥
    精神抖擻地踏進健身房

    後來明白其實不需要這麼偏激
    反正差一天沒差
    以前運動量偏少的時期也過得挺好的
    休息一天 隔天再繼續努力就可以
    更重要的是順應身體的需求 心情的自在
    .
    要明白
    第一天 差一天沒運動沒差
    第二天 差一天沒運動沒差
    很多很多天之後 卻變成了差一天有運動沒差
    .
    狂者退之 狷者進之 以近中庸
    中庸之道因人而異 毋須模仿他人
    若在運動或任何事情中感到不自在
    且聽心裡的聲音
    祂在告訴你你真正需要的中庸 自在
    .

    Be yourself. There’s no need to copy others.
    If you are uncomfortable about exercising or anything, listen to your inner self.
