You’ve probably heard about morning meditation, but why do we actually need it?

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked a friend how they were doing and heard “busy” as a response.

Everyone is busy. I’m busy. There are a million things demanding our time and attention every single day. We’re overwhelmed, and I think that most of us struggle to cope.

I started to do morning meditation practise last year. I’d heard about the benefits of meditation for years.
What is the benefits of meditation?

Meditating causes the pituitary gland in your brain to secrete endorphins. We know about endorphins. They make us feel good, emotionally and physically. Meditation also enhances activity in the area of your brain that’s associated with positive emotions and experiences.

You don’t have to be a yogi or a monk or a deeply spiritual person to see dramatic benefits from meditation.

So when you are ready, I invited you to welcome this new habit into you life.

While I’m doing meditation I love to use this aromatherapy associates the atomiser. It helps me relax my body and focus in the present.

材料：
急冰帶子8-10粒
金菇1包
蒜茸2湯匙
牛油30克
生抽1湯匙

做法：
急凍帶子解凍，洗淨抹乾
金菇切去尾部
揚開，洗淨瀝水備用
中火煮溶牛油
爆香蒜茸，加入帶子煎香一面
反轉後加入金菇
煎煮至金菇軟熟及帶子轉色熟透
加生抽拌勻，完成

Butter Scallop with Minced Garlic
Ingredients:
8-10 frozen scallops
1 pack enoki mushroom
2 tbsp minced garlic
30g butter
1 tbsp soy sauce

Steps:
Defrost scallops. Rinse and pat dry.
Cut off root portion of enoki mushroom.
Disperse, rinse and drain.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Pan fry one side of scallops. Add garlic and stir fry.
Pan fry the other side of scallops. Add enoki mushroom.
Pan fry until enoki mushroom tender and scallops are done.
Add soy sauce. Stir fry. Done.

ไอศกรีมโกโก้ไม่ง้อเครื่อง
ไอศกรีมโกโก้หวานมันสูตรนี้ ไม่ต้องมีเครื่องปั่นไอศกรีมก็สามารถอร่อยได้ เสิร์ฟมาพร้อมกับซอสโกโก้แบบง่ายๆ

-ไอศกรีมโกโก้-
วิปปิ้งครีม 3 ถ้วย
นมข้นหวาน 150 กรัม
ผงโกโก้ 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
มินิมาร์ชเมลโลว 2 ถ้วย

-ซอสโกโก้-
ผงโกโก้ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
นมข้นหวาน 50 กรัม

1. ผสมนมข้นหวานกับผงโกโก้ให้เข้ากันดี ตีวิปปิ้งครีมให้ตั้งยอดอ่อน ใส่ส่วนผสมของนมข้นหวานลงไป ตะล่อมให้เข้ากัน
2. ใส่มินิมาร์ชเมลโลวลงไปครึ่งหนึ่ง คนให้กระจายทั่วดี ใส่ในภาชนะ โรยหน้าด้วยมาร์ชเมลโลวที่เหลือให้ทั่วดี นำไปแช่แข็ง 2-3 ชั่วโมง
3. ทำซอสโกโก้ โดยผสมผงโกโก้และนมข้นหวานเข้าด้วยกัน
4. ขูดไอศกรีมใส่ถ้วยเสิร์ฟ ราดด้วยซอสโกโก้

No-Churn Cocoa Ice Cream
With just four ingredients, this no-churn ice cream tastes pure, simple and full of marshmallow.

-Cocoa Ice Cream-
Cream 3 cups
Condensed Milk 150 g
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
Mini Marshmallow 2 cups

-Cocoa Sauce-
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
Condensed Milk 50 g

1. Mix condensed milk with cocoa powder, beat cream to soft peak and fold with the condensed milk mixture.
2. Add about a cup of mini marshmallow, stir to disperse. Transfer to a tray and top with the remaining marshmallow. Leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until set.
3. Make a simple cocoa sauce by mixing cocoa powder with condensed milk.
4. Once ice cream set, scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle some cocoa sauce.
