地震發生時，怎麼辦呢？

🏫 在走廊
如果離教室很遠，不要強行返回，抱住頭部保護身體，蹲低姿勢就地避難，#遠離窗戶玻璃。
　　　　　　
🚽 在廁所
廁所中支柱比較多，相對是比較耐震的地方，不要恐慌。地震強烈搖晃時，要注意牆上懸掛的鏡子以及櫥櫃或置物架上的物品是否會掉落。
　　　　　　　
🚗 行駛中
#減速 找安全地方停靠，並開啟雙閃警示燈，隨即將車內的門鎖解開，等待地震結束。
　　　　　　　　　　
🖥 在辦公室
保護自己，利用桌子來保護頭、頸部和身體，以免被掉落的電燈、電扇或天花板等物品砸傷。 #別往上看，因為日光燈可能會破掉，這個時候如果往上看，很容易被破片刺傷。
　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　
只要記住地震發生時，冷靜不驚慌
做好 #趴下、#掩護、#穩住 3動作，
就地躲在桌下或是牆角，形成防護屏障
躲避時要隨時注意保護頭部、頸部，
小心家具、電器、燈具、書櫃或貨架掉落，
以免被砸傷。
另外，家中平時還應該要準備 #緊急避難包，
防疫期間，也要多準備口罩、乾洗手等防疫物品。
緊急避難包要放在大門旁、或隨手可拿到的地方，
當地震發生後，萬一要離開家裡避難時，
就可以馬上取用。

Part 4 We were practicing Tae Kwon Do at our field one fine day, and a tornado came unexpectedly. Aside from Patty, no one got hurt. We lost our credit cards, money, insurance cards, IDs, Taekwondo Items and drinking bottles.

Part 5 There was a food event at our school. Chef Martin Yan came. It was awesome. Patty won.
