Happy Ci Yuan Day to all residents!

Placed the final piece of the jigsaw puzzle today as Ci Yuan CC entered the Singaporebookofrecords for having the most number of people complete a jigsaw puzzle.

1,716 Ang Mo Kio residents each placed one jigsaw piece on the 4.8m by 2m puzzle, to reveal an Ang Mo Kio-Hougang map with key locations highlighted. Great job to everyone who contributed to this fun effort!

The record attempt was part of this year’s Ci Yuan Day festivities, which will culminate in a virtual live show later today. Do tune in to Ci Yuan CC’s Facebook page at 7.30pm this evening to join in the fun. – LHL

- ฮ่องกงและสิงคโปร์ตัดสินใจยกเลิกโครงการ Air Travel Bubble แล้ว เนื่องจากแนวทางในการควบคุมโรคระบาดไม่ตรงกัน โดยเฉพาะที่สิงคโปร์เปลี่ยนแนวทางไปเป็น COVID resilient หรือ ยืดหยุ่นเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโควิด และยอมรับจำนวนเคสทึ่เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งขัดต่อเงื่อนไขของ ATB ที่กำหนดให้จำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อไม่ทราบต้นตอไม่เกิน 5 คนต่อวัน แต่ทั้งนี้ สิงคโปร์จะอนุญาตให้ฮ่องกงและมาเก๊าเข้าเมืองได้โดยไม่ต้องกักตัวและไม่ต้องฉีดวัคซีนโควิดก่อนเข้ามา เพียงแค่มีผลตรวจเป็นลบเมื่อมาถึงสิงคโปร์เท่านั้น โดยจะเริ่มมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ 20 สค 64 เวลา 23.59 น.

- รัฐบาลประกาศเข้าสู่แนวทาง Covid Resilience ในขั้นต่อไป หลังจากที่ควบคุมจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อได้จนเป็นเทรนด์ขาลง และอัตราการฉีดวัคซีนเข้าเป้า (77% ฉีด 2 เข็มแล้ว) โดยในขั้นตอนนี้ คือ
(1) เริ่มโครงการแยกตัวที่บ้าน ตั้งแต่ 30 สค หากติดเชื้อโควิด สำหรับผู้ฉีดวัคซีนแล้วและมีอาการไม่มาก
(2) เปิดพรมแดนด้วยความระมัดระวัง เช่น ให้คนฮ่องกงและมาเก๊าเข้ามาได้โดยไม่ต้องกักตัวและฉีดวัคซีนก่อนเข้า ฯลฯ
(3) เริ่มโครงการ vaccinated travel lane กับบรูไนและเยอรมัน
(4) มาตรการแยกกลุ่มฉีดวัคซีนจากต่างชาติ
(5) โครงการฉีดวัคซีนในเฟสถัดไป เช่น อาจฉีดเข็มกระตุ้น (เข็ม 3) ให้ผู้มีระดับภูมิคุ้มกันต่ำ
(6) กระตุ้นให้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุออกมาฉีดวัคซีนเพิ่มขึ้น
