一年進入了尾聲...又到了最有有氣氛的12月囉～
除了期末考跟聖誕節之外, 12月還會讓你想到什麼呢？
這一集就讓我們來認識另外三個也是很重要的節日吧～

#12月6日聖尼古拉節 #SaintNikolas
聖人尼古拉出生在現在的土耳其, 傳說中他是小孩的守護神, 因為他有許多”救援小孩“的事蹟。一個是把金塊從煙囪丟到三個小女孩的家, 以拯救她們不會被賣去當雛妓; 另一個傳說就更magical了, 據說他還在酒館裡的酒桶裡面發現三個被分屍(是的...就是這麼殘忍！)的小男孩, 施展魔法把他們復原後救活了....中古世紀的宗教基本上是非常有政治目的的, 於是這樣的傳說就被大肆宣傳, 傳遍整個歐洲, 而後又隨著荷蘭人到美國, 在一次的巧思下, 變成了可口可樂的Santa Claus了

猶太人在歷史上的風風雨雨, 這邊就不多提了, 不過在西元165年時發生過一次收復耶路撒冷的故事, 因而流傳下來的 #修殿節 or #光明節, 對非猶太教的我而言, 這個節日這個節日最有趣的部分是一定要吃炸物跟孩子們玩 #陀螺 #Dreidel 讓我想起小時候過年都會玩撿紅點或是西把斗仔...光明節連續八天, 每年跟我們過年一樣, 因為是用舊曆法, 所以不一定是在國曆的哪一天, 只能說都是落在12月居多

如果不是因為今年特別關注 #非裔美國人 #BLM 議題, 可能也不一定會注意到的節日。在1966年才提出, 主旨是讓已經在美國生活好幾代的非裔美國人能延續傳統, 可以藉著節慶對過去的歷史做更多、更深的認識, 在爭取社會公正、民主平權之於, 更是對非洲文化的一個深思。Kwanzaa節有七天, 每一天有一個原則：團結、自決、團體工作與責任、合作經濟、目標、創造力和信仰。
