這幾天美國聯邦政府/ICE為了逼迫學校回復正常上課，使出賤招要讓全部只用線上教學持學生簽證的外國學生不能留在美國，造成許多在學的留學生緊張，還有已經回台灣過暑假的人也擔心能不能再回美完成學業。

幸好在紐約有一群優秀年輕人組成的社團 @TaiwaneseDataProfessionals 因應這情況整理出一個很實用的互助資源包，有需要的朋友可以點進連結參考。

相信有不少在美國的留學生，這禮拜接收到很傻眼的消息。

這次美國政府的辦事不太周全。ICE 的政策擬定甚至比六月底，白宮針對 H1B、H2B、庇護者工作證等行政命令，還要來得倉促：各個學校都沒有參與提供回應的機會。

這樣的結果就是，ICE 禮拜一的 guideline 跟禮拜二的 FAQ 不完全一致。不同學校的國際學生中心、不同律師給學生的意見也不一樣。

《川普第二輪的工作簽證禁令 有什麼衝擊？》
6/22川普名義上為了把工作留給美國人，
實際上是為了穩住基本盤（反移民和保守派人士）以及連任成功，簽署了第二輪禁令，
除了延長他4/22的禁令到今年年底之外，
另外，還限制發放6/24人不在美國的H1B(高技能人才的工作簽證）丶
H2B(季節性工人的簽證）丶J1(實習生丶互惠生丶打工度假的簽證）
以及L1(主要是跨國公司人員調動的簽證)。
此禁令衝擊不大的原因，
1. 對H1B簽證而言，
本來美國在世界各地的領事舘，因為疫情的影響，大多數閉舘，
沒有提供簽證面試，影響那會大？
此外，愈來愈多的美國公司已逐漸適應遠程工作，
他們可以雇用海外人才，在家工作，以遠距在家工作應對暫停簽證，
2. 対H2B簽證而言，
不受限制的有入境美國是為美國食品供應提供短期服務的。
3. 対L1簽證而言，
如果無法將母公司人員調到美國，
國際公司乾脆不擴充美國公司業務，甚至於不到美國開公司或辦事處，
對美國經濟的衝擊反而更大。
好家在的是這次沒有動到職業移民簽證！

Kawasaki Mach (MACH) is a generic name of the motorcycle series of the on-road type with two stroke three cylinder engine by which Kawasaki Heavy Industries was doing the manufacturing sales.

Therefore, the boa stroke of the H1 engine is expanded to accelerate at least and to overwhelm CB at maximum speed as the rival candidate between those (That is, velocity of the world) and 750 Having assumed cc is Mach IV (H2).

750SS MACH IV (H2)
1969年に発売された 2 ストローク空冷 3 気筒 500 cc のマッハIII (H1) はその強烈な加速性から欧米で好評を博したが、やや遅れてホンダCB750が発売されると、性能的には大差なく､価格はおよそ 1.5 倍であるにもかかわらず次第に人気を奪われるようになった。

これ以前の時点で既にカワサキは 750 cc 4ストローク4気筒車の開発に着手していたが、このホンダ CB750 の出現により、全ての面で CB を上回る車種 (Z1) に変更することとしたため、市販できるのは 1972年以降となることが明らかとなった。

このため、その間の対抗馬として少なくとも加速性と最高速度で CB を圧倒できる（すなわち世界最速）ものとして、H1 エンジンのボアストロークを拡大して 750 cc としたのがマッハ IV (H2) である。

1972年秋に Z1 が販売開始された直後に発生したオイルショックにより、H1 に比べても一層燃費の悪い H2 は、より現実的になってきた排出ガス / 騒音規制に対応する手立ても乏しく、S1 (250 cc) / S3 (400 cc) / H1 (500 cc) がそれぞれKH250 / 400 / 500と名称変更して（敢えてパワーダウンを伴っても）存続したのに対し、H2 のみは 1975年モデルをもって型式消滅となった。
