That's my bff / first paying client since October 2020...I don't think I need to say much, this picture says a thousand words!
She ditched all commercial products, fully committed to a whole new #selfcare journey. When we look at what skin aging actually is, it is a slowing down of circulation of blood, which slows down the circulation of nutrient-rich blood and draining lymph nodes, that eventually leads to sluggish skincell turnover.
Ever since I discovered what wonders facial fascia manipulation can do to my skin. I've started massaging my face more often. Not only #GuaSha has helped reshape my face, I've learned that I could clear/unblock my sinuses by applying pressures too.
When we release tension and restore optimal circulation, deep lines can soften, skin becomes rosy and plump again! Problem is, if it's done incorrectly, you might end up with an unwanted result like me! There were days that I went so hard without oil and ended up with dry rough skin ( kinda wrinkly 😅 when I looked at it with a 10X mirror ) in some areas. Oh no, I had to start working on developing another product, I needed something to repair the damage, something that can speed up the recovery process....
