I still feel dizzy but I am trying my best to keep doing all my work and stay it on track 🙏 .In our lives it is hard to please every single person on earth, but what matters is that we try to be our best selves and stay out of arguments and conflict. 🙏🏼Peace is what we need to keep this world beautiful 😊 I wasn’t feeling well and I figured something was wrong with my body I was having abdominal pain and didn’t know what was wrong. It was on and off and doctor told me maybe it’s because of my depression but I thought what else could it be? It must be more …. Three months ago I was diagnosed with Gastritis and this time I was diagnosed with hysteroptosis cystitis and overactive bladder. I think that is the reason that my tummy is hurting… so now I’m on my prescriptions. Hopefully it’s going well. I may have operations soon too if it’s not getting better. But I am not scared about it. So don’t worry
To those fellows out there please love your woman. Woman suffers a lot after giving birth. Their inner soul and the body. So respect and love your woman.

【疾病知多D】如何KO幽門螺旋桿菌？

說到消化性潰瘍(Peptic Ulcer Disease, PUD)，要是同時對幽門螺旋桿菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)呈陽性，一般都可能會建議患者KO消化道裡的幽門螺旋桿菌。
　　
為什麼？
　　
因為幽門螺旋桿菌可能會損害胃壁，固然可能會惡化消化性潰瘍的症狀，甚至可能會誘發慢性胃炎(Chronic Gastritis)。
　　
實際上，幽門螺旋桿菌的生命力極強，如同「小強」一樣，怎麼打都打不死，在治療上，往往是一場硬仗。
　　
為什麼？
　　
一般主要有以下兩個原因：
　　
第一，幽門螺旋桿菌往往屯兵胃壁，牢牢依附在胃壁上。
　　
各位看倌可能會感到奇怪：
　　
「嗄？藥罐子，這到底有什麼關係？」
　　
唔……試想只要是口服，抗生素便可能會透過食道進入消化系統，然後在消化道裡進行吸收，這就是說……
　　
不論是敵是友，這些抗生素還是可能會途經胃部主動跟胃部裡面的幽門螺旋桿菌打招呼！
　　
這代表什麼？
　　
這代表幽門螺旋桿菌便可能會不停跟各種不同的抗生素過招，身經百戰，便可能會成為一員精兵悍將，然後可能會見招拆招，透過基因突變（俗稱「變種」）抗衡抗生素，誘發抗藥性(Drug Resistance)。
　　
簡單說，每服用一次抗生素，便可能會累積一次幽門螺旋桿菌的經驗值，從而可能會增加一次抗藥性的機會。
　　
第二，胃部呈酸性。
　　
藥罐子相信各位看倌可能會感到更加奇怪：
　　
「嗄？藥罐子，胃部是酸是鹼，又有什麼關係？」
　　
唔……一些抗生素，例如青霉素(Pencillin)，在酸性的環境下較容易會分解，便可能會削弱藥效，固然未必能夠KO幽門螺旋桿菌，更加可能會給予幽門螺旋桿菌一個喘息的機會誘發抗藥性。
　　
所以單是一種抗生素，一對一，往往未必能夠成功KO這種菌種，往往需要採用聯合治療(Combination Therapy)聯手合擊幽門螺旋桿菌。
　　
至於一般常見的抗生素組合主要有以下三個：

一、Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin

二、Clarithromycin + Metronidazole

三、Bismuth Subsalicylate + Metronidazole + Tetracycline
　　
補充一點，嚴格一點說，根據定義，Bismuth Subsalicylate、Metronidazole其實不是抗生素，只是抗菌劑。
　　
當然這不是說其他抗生素無效，只是上述這些抗生素擁有較多的證據支持，而且算是常勝將軍，僅此而已。
　　
除了抗生素外，一般還可能會同時搭配胃藥，主要是質子泵抑制劑(Proton Pump Inhibitor, PPI)，抑制胃酸，一來製造一個有利的地形提高抗生素的藥性，二來減少胃壁繼續受到胃酸的刺激，從而可能會紓緩消化性潰瘍的症狀，控制病情，延緩情況進一步惡化。
