Over 20,000 kilograms of Fuji apples imported from the United States by Costco Taiwan were recently seized in Taiwan because they were found to contain excessive levels of fungicide, the Food and Drug Administration #FDA said Tuesday.

There are a lot of summer fireworks fes in Japan,so i made Wagashi representing Fireworks with mizu-yokan(soft azuki jelly) and kingyokukan(Japanese clear jelly);)
green fruit is yuzu.it is similar to lime but they are different.Japanese always use yuzu peels for food flavoring,and i eat only no fungicide peels. mizu-yokan and clear jelly are both set at room temperature,but we need cool it in the fridge for 30mins before eat.

花火大会の季節なので水ようかんと錦玉羹で花火の和菓子を作ってみました(ﾟ∇^*)羊羹、錦玉羹ともに常温で固まりますが、食べる30分前くらいに冷蔵庫で冷すとおいしくいただけます。
