Cream cheese is a soft, neutral-tasting cheese made from cow's milk and cream. Its subtle sweetness, mild tanginess, and silky smooth texture make it extremely versatile: Spread it on a bagel, mix it into cookie dough or bread batter, or use it as a base for your next creamy frosting. I have taken this challenge to try making my own. It was good. I have even added garlic and chilies for more flavours. Max loves it as spread for his wraps.
Ingredients For Fermentation:
. Heavy cream 1 L
. Buttermilk with active cultures: 60 g, 1/4 cup
* Mix them and ferment it at the room temperature (21-24°C) for 24-30 hours
* Then get ready cheese cloth and deep bowl to drain and remove the whey at room temperature for another 24-30 hours.

Final process :
. Add salt: 4 g, 1/2 teaspoon
* You can also add on chili powder or garlic for more flavour.

This cream cheese can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

bahan2
1 tin laichi
3 biji telur (gred b)
1/2 cawan gula halus
1sb ovalate
1sb pes laici (atau kordial laici )
1sb air laici dr tin laici tadi
1cawan tepung naik sendiri blue key dan tambah 1sb tepung jagung ayak kan

Cara-Cara Penyediaan:
Ok mix semua bahan di atas sampai gebu hight speed (sampai jadi putih ok)
Masukkn 4 sb minyak jagung/minyak masak dan kacau rata
Masuk adunan dalam loyang ( 7 inci )
Panas kan oven dan bakar masa 35 minit hngga 40 minit ikut oven masing-masing. Suhu 170 atau 180 kalau kukus boleh 35 mnt api beso tambah 1sk soda bikarbonat dalam adunan
Cucuk dulu sebelum keluarkan dari oven. Dah masak tebalik kan atas redai dan tebalik kan semula cepat2 jgn bagi dia kecut
Belah guna benang
Ok tgh2 die boleh nak letak cream cheese pekat2 dan letak laici susun cantek2
Ok tutup dgn 1 bahagian kek lagi dan pacak straw bagi die tidak bergerak
Ok masuk peti ais beku 15 mnt
Sediakan pula frosting nak balut badan kek

1 cawan whipping cream non dairy sejuk dr peti mix kental..maksud kental nampk ada lubang ditengah2 bowl dan semua whipping ke tepi tu kental
masuk kan 2 sb air laici
Mix lagi sekejap sampai sebati..whpping non dairy tak ada cair balik ... makin mix makin kental jangan salah paham

Ok sampai habis
Ok hias kan dgn laici tepi2 kek tu pakai pisau kek je bagi corak
Ok hiasan tepulang dah nama kek laici toksah la letak nangka atau buah naga atas tu agak2 la korg pon,,kalau letak buah mata kucing ke atau seangkatan beliau kire ok la jugak
