將葡萄乾經過特殊煮法幫助入味後，加入萊姆酒釀製，配上外脆內軟的蛋糕，與酒漬葡萄乾一拍即合，在放空看書的下午來一塊，或者在野餐、早午餐等場合與大家分享，除了有好吃的蛋糕也有有趣的故事，讓這款甜品更有話題。

This drink is known as the “quintessential hipster” because it was the favorite of the freedom-loving Ernest Hemingway: no one loved the Daiquiri more than him! The bar he frequented at that time even erected a statue in his honour! Hemingway modified this cocktail by replacing the original syrup with maraschino liqueur to reduce its sugar content, and the inspiration for this dessert comes from that story.

After the raisins are boiled to bring out their flavour, they are cooked slowly in rum. With its crispy exterior and soft spongy interior, the rum-infused raisins really elevate this cake to a whole new level. SIlom Road is home to large commercial facilities such as the BTS Saladeang Station and Silom Complex.
There are also many restaurants and retail stores in the area.
If you go into the small streets, you will find many stalls selling Thai food as well as cafes and other food stalls.
This is a place that is frequented by many of the people who work in Silom.
Some of the restaurants are so popular that you have to wait in line.

The best way to get to Pratunam Area from Asok is to take a boat.
You can take the BTS or bus, but the boat will take you to Pratunam Market without any traffic jams and without having to walk for a while from the station.
The boat ride is a great way to relax and enjoy the scenery with a nice breeze.
It is not a cruise ship, so you may not feel comfortable, but you will feel a bit adventurous.
Around the Pratunam Pier, there are restaurants as well as the Pratunam Market.
There are many Thai restaurants in the area. Many of the restaurants are frequented by people who work in the area, and the prices are inexpensive.
The street is lined with popular Khao Man Gai restaurants.
