《Flow to Pincha》

剛好結束了這一期的課程，幫同學們複習一下重點。

肘倒立三部曲：

1 Foundation
第一堂課，建立最重要的肩膀穩定，學會如何啟動正確的肌肉，帶動正確的關節動作。

2 Floating
第二堂課，找到骨盆跟髖的控制，有了好的連結才能輕鬆的跳上倒立。

3 Variation
加強了後彎的練習，開始練習倒立中的後彎變化。

📌 深入的基礎
例如下犬或上犬，大家已經非常熟悉的體位法，也可能覺得它們只是一個vinyasa 中的停留或轉換。

其實細細討論裡面還有非常多的重點，可以延伸到倒立，可以延伸到更進階的後彎，重點是要知道細節在哪以及如何練習。

📌 適當的重複
學習的累積非常重要，特別是學習新的或難的事物，雖然不一定要10000小時那麼誇張，但要讓大腦有足夠的認知，神經肌肉有足夠的連結，甚至身體的軟組織達到一定的適應性，「適當的重複」是學會一件事情的不二法門。

當然不一定每次都要教同樣的東西，雖然那也是一個好方法，但至少確定前後是有連結跟累積效果，是相對關鍵的。

也剛好拜線上教學所賜，打破了一些空間的限制，才可以慢慢的把要教的內容系統性分批的呈現，看同學們的成果也都滿不錯的，未來這種教課方式一定會成為一個好的選項。
