INGREDIENTS
A. Orange slices:
3 oranges
30 grams sugar
water

B. Sponge cake (Khuôn 25cm x 35 cm)
5 eggs medium sized
15 grams granulated or icing sugar to whip with egg yolks
50 grams orange juice (from 3 oranges in part A)
50 grams oil
38 grams all purpose flour
38 grams corn starch
¼ tsp orange essence flavouring
¾ tsp cream of tartar
60 grams sugar
1 tbsp orange zest

C. Whipped cream
250 - 300 grams whipping cream - cold
15 - 20 grams sugar to taste

Ingredients/วัตถุดิบ
160g All purpose flour แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์
150g Salted Butter เนยสดรสเค็ม
40g Icing sugar น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง
1/2tsp Pandan Flavouring กลิ่นใบเตยเข้มข้น
Preheated oven 365°F/180°C bake for 15-20 minutes
