    1.海鮮泡麵
    材料:
    泡麵 1包/ instant noodles 1pcs
    綜合海鮮料 1把/ seafood mix 1handful
    水 300公克/water 300g
    起司片 1片/cheese slices 1pcs
    調味料:
    調味粉包 flavoring powder 1pcs
    油包 seasoning oil 1pcs
    作法:
    1. 水煮滾,放入泡麵調味粉包、油包、綜合海鮮料,再蓋上鍋蓋,煮約3分鐘至海鮮熟。
    2. 開蓋,放入泡麵、起司片,將麵煮軟即可。

    2.水餃
    材料:
    冷凍水餃 10顆/ dumpling 10pcs
    作法:
    1. 將冷凍水餃放入溫水中,再蓋上鍋蓋,選擇【炊飯】,煮約10分鐘。
    2. 將水餃煮至浮起膨脹,再撈起瀝乾即可。

    3.菜飯
    材料:
    A
    白米 1杯/raw rice 1cup
    水 1杯/water 1cup
    B
    高麗菜片 60公克/cabbage 60g
    培根 60公克/bacon 60g
    蒜末 10公克/garlic 10g
    調味料:
    鹽 適量/salt q.s.
    白胡椒粉 適量/white pepper powder q.s.
    作法:
    1. 材料B先放入內鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,按下【炊煮】,加熱約10分鐘。
    2. 開蓋拌一拌,再倒入洗淨的白米和水,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續煮至結束即可。

    4.醉雞
    材料:
    雞腿排 2片/ chicken thigh 2pcs
    蔥段 15公克/scallion 15g
    薑片 10公克/ginger 10g
    鹽 1/4茶匙/salt 1/4tsp.
    米酒 適量/cooking rice wine q.s.
    調味料:
    枸杞 5公克/goji berry 5g
    當歸 2公克/dong quai 2g
    鹽 1/2茶匙/salt 1/2tsp.
    紹興酒 200公克/Shaoxing wine 200g
    作法:
    1. 將一片雞腿排放入內鍋中,撒上鹽、米酒,再放入另一片雞腿排,擺上蔥段和薑片。
    2. 蓋上鍋蓋,選擇【炊飯】,蒸煮至時間結束。
    3. 開蓋挑去蔥段和薑片,再倒入所有調味料。
    4. 取出內鍋稍微放涼蓋上保鮮膜,再放入冰箱冷藏一晚至入味即可。

    5.紅豆湯圓
    材料:
    紅豆50公克/ adzuki beans 50g
    水 500公克/water 500g
    湯圓 80公克/tangyuan 80g
    調味料:
    二砂糖 適量/light brown sugar q.s.
    作法:
    1. 紅豆洗淨放入內鍋,加入水,蓋上鍋蓋,按下炊煮,煮約50分鐘至紅豆鬆軟、水變少。
    2. 放入小湯圓,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續煮約4分鐘。
    3. 最後加入糖調味拌勻即可。

    6.優格
    材料
    優格 50公克/yogurt 50g
    牛奶 500公克/milk 500g
    果醬 適量/jam q.s.
    作法:
    1. 內鍋先放入1/3杯水,選擇炊飯,蒸至時間結束。
    2. 消毒好的內鍋中倒入優格和牛奶,蓋上鍋蓋。
    3. 選擇【發酵模式】,設定40℃、10小時。
    4. 至時間結束後舀出,擺上喜愛的水果和果醬即可。

    Banana cake recipe:
    preheat over to 170degree celcius

    dry ingredients
    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup granulated brown sugar
    1/3 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

    wet ingredients
    2 very ripe bananas
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1/2 cup butter (melted)
    1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring (optional)

    put in oven for 50-55min

    1) 創意廣島燒
    材料
    A
    細油麵 200公克/ alkaline noodle 200g
    五花肉片 3片/ pork belly slices 3pcs
    柴魚絲 適量/ katsuobushi q.s.
    市售照燒醬 適量/ teriyaki sauce q.s.
    美奶滋 適量/ mayonnaise q.s.
    海苔粉 適量/ aonori seaweed flakes q.s.
    B
    低筋麵粉 60公克/ low gluten flour 60g
    水 100公克/water 100g
    作法:
    1.材料B拌勻成麵糊。
    2.烤盤噴上適量油,倒入適量麵糊,鋪滿油麵後,擺上五花肉片。
    3.熱壓約8分鐘。
    4.取出後抹上照燒醬、美奶滋,撒上海苔粉和柴魚絲即可。

    2) 海鮮麵
    材料:
    油麵 250公克/alkaline noodle 250g
    熟蝦仁 適量/shrimps q.s.
    蛋液 適量/egg q.s.
    調味料:
    油 1大匙/oil 1tbsp.
    白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙/ white pepper powder 1/2tsp.
    鹽 1/2茶匙/salt 1/2tsp.
    作法:
    1.油麵加入所有調味料混合拌勻。
    2.烤盤鋪滿油麵後,放上熟蝦仁,淋上蛋液。
    3.熱壓約8分鐘即可。

    3) 雞蛋泡麵
    材料:
    肉燥泡麵 1包/ instant noodles
    雞蛋 1顆/egg 1pcs
    調味料:
    調味粉包 1包/flavoring powder 1pcs
    調味油包 1包/ seasoning oil 1pcs.
    作法:
    1.泡麵泡熱水3分鐘後瀝乾,拌入調味粉、調味油包。
    2.烤盤噴少許油,放入泡麵,打入1顆雞蛋。
    3.熱壓約6分鐘即可。

    4) 起司通心麵
    材料:
    通心麵(煮熟) 180公克/ macaroni 180g
    起司絲 90公克/ shredded cheese 90g
    作法:
    1.通心麵趁熱拌入起司絲。
    2.烤盤放入起司通心麵。
    3.熱壓約6分鐘即可。
