【自製乳酪烤餅🫓20分鐘搞掂❗️】
呢種喺中東好盛行嘅烤餅(yogurt flatbread)，自己整其實唔難～3種材料就整到㗎啦❗️搓完麵糰酵都唔使發，就可以直接拎去白鑊煎，煎好後鍾意配咩材料食都得，例如鷹嘴豆泥、蒜蓉香草，甚至咖哩等等…
今次做個light啲嘅口味，就咁放啲牛油果🥑車厘茄🍅芝士🧀同黑醋上去都已經好好食啦❗️
