FOMO - Hội chứng tâm lý sợ bỏ lỡ … một điều gì đó!

Sáng My có tình cờ đọc bài báo về việc tối qua người dân ở Hà nội đổ ùn ùn ra phố chơi Trung Thu. Nói chung không cần phải nói nhiều vì nhiều bạn đọc cũng comment về việc là “sao cứ phải ngay lập tức ra ngoài?”, “chưa thấy quan tài chưa đổ lệ” vv … vv

Nhưng nhìn chung, đa số mọi người đều mắc hội chứng FOMO - viết tắt của Fears Of Missing Out - sợ bỏ lỡ một cái gì hay ho, thú vị.
Hội chứng tâm lý này được nghiên cứu vào năm 1996, và trở nên nghiêm trọng hơn với sự góp mặt của mạng xã hội khi người người lướt mạng thấy quán cà phê, chuyến du lịch, cuộc vui, món hàng nào đó mà mình chưa tới, tham dự, sở hữu nên bắt buộc muốn phải có liền để không thua bè kém bạn, đua theo đám đông.

Vì sao FOMO nguy hiểm?
Vì con người chúng ta sẽ không bao giờ đủ hài lòng với những gì mình đang có, luôn nghĩ sẽ có nhiều thứ mới mẻ hơn, tốt đẹp hơn, và cuối cùng chẳng bao giờ thực sự hạnh phúc khi họ không ngừng so sánh.
Có tới 56% số đông cảm thấy họ đang bỏ lỡ một cái gì đó nếu như họ ngừng online trên mạng xã hội, và con số đó có thể tăng dần lên.

JOMO - Joy Of Missing Out - Niềm vui khi bỏ lỡ mọi thứ, là một định nghĩa về tâm lý được phát triển sau này từ những người muốn đưa ra tư duy: không cứ phải đu theo các cuộc vui, các sự kiện mới tìm thấy chính mình. Mà hãy tập trung vào những gì mình đang có, hãy tận hưởng sự cô đơn, hãy hoàn thiện cá nhân, tâm hồn mình thay vì bỏ quên nó trong một xó tư tưởng, không buồn chăm chút.

Để loại bỏ tâm lý FOMO, mình cũng đã tập cho bản thân:

1. Ngừng so sánh thiệt hơn

2. Giới hạn thời gian sử dụng mạng xã hội mỗi ngày (mỗi người có thời gian sử dụng khác nhau, nhưng ví dụ hãy “cho phép” mình chỉ dùng nhiều nhất 3 - 4 tiếng/ ngày. Thay vì trung bình bây giờ mỗi người dùng 6-7 tiếng thậm chí hơn)

3. Cho bản thân tự chiêm nghiệm, học một thứ gì đó cho cá nhân mình phát triển thi vị hơn

4. Không đu theo đám đông

5. Ưu tiên những gì quan trọng nhất trong cuộc sống cần “bồi bổ”

消息人士透露，恆大的部分主要往來銀行已為貸款計算提取準備，另一些擬展延短期貸款，顯示中國金融機構正為恆大可能倒閉做準備。

* 英國《金融時報》引述兩名不願透露姓名的恆大集團高層說，恆大的業務可能被地方政府和大型國有開發商企業按地區逐個接管，但如此複雜的救援將是「最後的辦法」。

報導引述其中一名高層的說法稱，銀行必須延長恆大的的貸款期，倘若銀行停止與恆大合作，恆大將立即倒閉，「（政府）將如何處理這麼多未完成的（房地產）項目和這麼多散戶投資者？」

路透社此前報導說，四名銀行業高管透露，中國農業銀行已經計提部分貸款損失準備，以審慎應對對恆大的地產貸款。恆大另外兩大貸款行民生銀行和中信銀行，則準備讓短期貸款展期。

恆大集團陷入負債危機，近日多個涉及恆大的消息在網站瘋傳引發關注。
