The special edition cover of VOGUE Taiwan for issue ‘Formosa Love’, has been minted as VOGUE's first historic representative NFT on Foundation and will be listed at 12:00pm (GMT+8) on 24 September, and only one will be released. We have been experiencing worries brought by an unexpected pandemics. However, people all across the world are making efforts to propose possible approaches as solutions to various related hassles and obstacles. Echoing the subject ‘Formosa Love’ in VOGUE Taiwan special edition cover for July, the image depicts a window frame. Inside of it is Pacific Ocean and Guishan Island scenery from the viewpoint of the northeast coast of Taiwan on a peaceful night. The scene is a note we are writing to the future and reminds us the world has not been turned upside down and is waiting for people to assemble again. Owing to its digital characteristics, the NFT will be presented in subtle 2D animation, creating a distinction from the still image on the paper cover. The proceeds will be split 50/50 between VOGUE Taiwan and Aaron Nieh after the auction.
