Since then, I’ve adapted my training and food intake based on what’s most effective for my body type. Trust me, I was equally as doubtful. I mean eat and train according to your genes? Really? It wasn’t an overnight process, but hey, I have certainly noticed the difference on my physique and I feel so much better inside too.
