I have been trying a lot of different places for my hair, till one point that I got frustrated. This video is basicly trying to figure which way is faster for you to recovery a full ATB gauge.
Time are marked right after the char uses it last ATB command until it reach a full ATB bar.

Optima change full ATB recovery technique:
1st reading - 3:03ish
2nd reading - 2:28ish

Normal ATB recovery:
1st reading - 3:16ish
2nd reading - 3:29ish

Results:
Using Optima change technique can speed the ATB recovery a bit faster.
