本次展出的「行動啟程 」展區(Action Tour ）邀請台灣優秀團隊#台北大數據中心、MINIWIZ 小智研發、Peppercorns 黑川互動媒體藝術 以及Roboenter 樂飛特 ，實踐以設計力與數位資訊的方式，進而改變社會的行動計畫，當中更首度以數位跨界的合作方式，創作出新的行動藝術計畫！此外，「行動啟程 」展區(Action Tour ）也受邀登上奧地利林茲電子藝術節官方線上節目Home Delivery，由奧地利電子藝術節總監Chritl Baur親自介紹唷！

展區 ✨ 【行動啟程 】(Action Tour )

To cope with the impact of Covid-19, a scientific and efficient action in the digital world must be taken. The Taipei Urban Intelligence Center has developed a digital system that can quickly respond to the risk landscape, people flow, and medial resources across different parts of Taipei by integrating live streaming and data instantly. It also informs the policies of the government. The digitized action on the ground helps us build a more secured environment.
In the face of the rapid development of the digital world, people immersed in the VR environment seem to ignore the depletion of resources in our reality. As a result, we need to take real actions and devote ourselves to reuse the discarded resources to make an environment of circularity and sustainability through digital technology. MINIWIZ, a start-up company from Taiwan, committed to developing technology for recycling that turns industrial and household wastes into materials with purposes and aesthetics.
During the tour, a new performance art project is inspired by the digital cross-field cooperation for the first time. The Taipei Urban Intelligence Center will join hands with new media artist Chin-Hsiang Hu and the founder of Roboenter Ghung-I Hung, to create a new media artwork “The Weight of Data” by integrating both virtual and physical materials from different domains and sharing data resources.
Finally, it is in fact not the end for “Taiwan Grand Tour.” Instead, the “Action Tour” program unveils the journey to come, constantly connecting the digital world with our society. A link for a time-limited viewing of the details of action plans for this program as well as the joint art project will be available.

為了抵禦疫情的衝擊，我們需要在數位世界中採取科學且有效率的行動，台北大數據中心(Taipei Urban Intelligence Center)即研發了一套數位系統，透過即時的串流連結與數據整合，可以快速的反應台北各個地區的疫情風險趨勢、人流狀況與醫療資源的狀態，也可提供政府作為政策的判斷依據，數位化的實質行動，讓我們可以得到更安全的防護。
在面對數位世界的快速發展之下，沉浸於虛擬環境的我們，似乎忘卻了對於現實世界資源的消耗，因此我們需要真正的採取行動，運用數位科技的方式，重新利用我們廢棄的資源，讓環境可以永久的循環，為我們的環境盡一份心力。而小智研發(MINIWIZ)是一間來自台灣的新創公司，致力於回收材料研發科技，將工業用與家庭用的廢料，透過設計賦予它機能與美感。
而在此展區中，也首度以數位跨界的合作方式，刺激出新的行動藝術計畫，臺北市大數據中心將與新媒體藝術家胡縉祥)、樂飛特公司創辦人洪仲儀合作，進行跨域的虛實整合及數據資源共享，一同創作新媒體藝術作品《The Weight of Data》。
最終，觀者在此並不是「島嶼壯遊」的不是真正的終點，而藉由行動之旅(Action Tour)的展區開啟下一段旅程，數位世界與我們的社會持續串聯。

展覽入口將以宋徽宗〈詩帖〉中「舞蝶香徑」意象出發，透過動態投影營造舞蝶光影情境，蔓延一條貫穿展覽空間且充滿舞蝶詩意幻境的互動廊道，帶領您跟著蝴蝶蹤跡穿梭「寰宇歷遊」、「幻象古水族」、「富春印象」、「造夢星球」四大展區，探索故宮動漫、數位典藏、新媒體、明日博物館，感受一場21世紀的魔幻山水歷險之旅。

The concept of the entrance derives from Emperor Hui-tsung's (1082-1135) calligraphy, Poem, where he describes butterflies dancing along a fragrant footpath. Poetically and interactively, the butterflies are projected onto a path that will lead the audience through all four sections of the exhibition: "Around the World in History", "An Underwater World of Fantasy", "Impressions of Fu-Chun" and "A Planet of Dreams". Enjoy an adventure of a wondrous 21st century landscape, and explore the digitized work in animated artifacts, a digital collection, new media and the Museum of Tomorrow.

【我在聽甚麼】速評幾句。近來聽社會楝樑話 DCNY 咩威脅美元地位；對唔住，我覺得捉錯用神。

將法幣變成 digitized token 最直接嘅影響係：你要全球徵稅？又或者要每個交易都收 VAT？有乜嘢好過每個交易都經國家控制嘅 ledgers 完成？

US Treasury 想唔想將美元都變成咁？梗係想喇！歐洲國家，亦如是。畢竟各國政府都莫財。之前 Yellen 都話想全球利得稅最低消費，係咪？呢次真係「當 Piketty 遇上 Tobin」。

點樣令美國人支持將美元變成 digital tokens？咪就係周圍同人講，DCNY 會威脅美元地位囉。

其實，技術就成熟㗎喇；如果各國都將自己嘅法幣變成 digitized tokens，見到最少有兩個可能：

一，有啲國家如果唔收咁重稅，法幣就好易成為國際貿易結算貨幣；

二，咁，點解唔索性用 Bitcoin 呀？一定無國家收稅喎；你咁諗，因為你覺得各國政府唔會禁 Bitcoin 囉。

畀稅，有乜好處呀？有國家幫你 enforce contract 囉；呢筆「保護費」值幾多錢，每個人都有個價。

但是日嘅速評重點係：「法幣嘅最終價值，就係用來交稅。」

Reiko Omura, an elegant, well-adorned Japanese lady who has lived in Hong Kong for 28 years, loves to turn traditional Hong Kong dim sum into exquisite miniatures.

Dim sum trolleys are one of Omura’s favorite parts of the dim sum experience. “Dim sum trolleys are unique in Hong Kong. We don’t have that in Japan. And the scenes of old ladies pushing these cute trolleys around the tea restaurant are very charming,” says the clay modelling instructor. As dim sum trolleys have gradually been phased out by digitized ordering systems, she is now creating miniature dim sum to preserve her memories. “Many Japanese people visit Hong Kong to experience this traditional culture. It would be such a pity if dim sum trolleys were to vanish. I hope to preserve this piece of heritage by making these miniatures.”

Thunder Spirits is a scrolling shooter video game for the Super Famicom/Super Nintendo released by Tecno Soft and Toshiba EMI in 1991. The game is part of the Thunder Force series. It is a port of the dually copyrighted Tecno Soft/Sega arcade game Thunder Force AC, which itself is actually a modified port of the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis game Thunder Force III. The SNES version does away with level selection, changes several levels, and features a modified soundtrack, which takes advantage of the digitized instrument capabilities of the SPC700. Some of the graphics are considered improved compared to those two games, and some are worse. The Sega co-copyright could be why the game itself isn't called Thunder Force AC on the SNES.
