寶寶背巾該注意什麼呢? 😉
今天有位背著寶寶的爸爸問我~
👨‍🦰" 醫生，把寶寶放在背巾裡的時候，
他的背彎彎的和腳開開的，
這樣將來會不會變成駝背和O型腿呀?"
👨‍⚕" 不會呀! 而且寶寶坐背巾本來就是要腳開開的(M字腿)，髖關節才不會發育不良唷!"

背巾真的是很方便的東西，
除了能讓寶寶有安全感，
還能讓大人空出雙手去做其他事情(太重要了)
但在使用挑選上還是有一些要注意的地方，
避免影響寶寶發育，還有呼吸順暢唷!!

⚠背巾注意事項:
☑C(J)字背: 脊椎發育不成熟，彎曲減少壓迫~
☑M字腿: 避免髖關節脫臼

五字訣: T.I.C.K.S
收緊- Tight (T)： 與寶寶貼緊

注意- In view at all times(I)：
要能隨時低頭就看的到寶寶的臉與目前狀態

親近-Close enough to kiss (C)：
背巾背起寶寶後，寶寶的高度要低頭就能親到寶寶頭部的位置。

呼吸- Keep chin off the chest (K)：
請留意寶寶的下巴要遠離胸口才能使呼吸道暢通。

支撐- Supported back (S)： 完整支撐背

This depiction of Love goes a song by Labrith and Sam smith takes on a very unusual and dark tone. As an artist I think it is important to portray the story of the voiceless. It is this selflessness that gives life and continuity to our universal art and existence.
