1. 內房，就梗係要錢，應該話大陸唔係好多行業唔使拎錢。咁股市嘅嘢，雖然最後背離晒初心，但最初目的，的確係畀人集資。集資唔只係IPO集一次，理論上應該之後仲要集的。

2. 集唔到資嘅股市，或者集唔到資嘅公司，就真係虛有其表。你都唔好以為好多公司可以集到資（講緊自己想要嘅數目啦），到你伸手時你咪知。所以點解投行咁值錢

3. 但講返，國企龍頭例如 華潤置地1109或中國海外688呢啲，就有在股市上集資嘅能力。頂多折讓多啲，或者畀投行嘅fee多啲（同你賣樓加佣畀地產經紀差不多原理）。就算真係集唔到（或者唔想嗰啲位集），問銀行借錢都不成問題，況且本身負債都低。

4. 路遙就知馬力，日久就見楊森。其他嘢炒到飛天時你梗係嫌呢啲 688 1109唔郁（但，我都睇住688 1蚊升上30蚊），但逆境時又唔同啦。有冇話你知，兩隻嘢今年都跑贏大市？688仲要有得升添呀！升一格都係升（BTW，我係持有嘅）

5. 但重點係講其他公司，咁其他民企呢？實在眾多，我都冇乜研究，我甚至唔知香港有幾多間內房上市，但冇100間都肯定過50間啦下話？

6. 咁呢隻奧園，都叫做聽過個名嘅。股價就當然唔靚仔，13蚊跌到3蚊，當然同恒大嗰啲跌九成幾仲有段距離

7. 咁今次呢單，咩回事？等錢使唔奇，但奇在有人肯入股嘛！仲要折讓唔大（雖然個價已經好殘）

8. 好啦，咁到底係 有人趁人病攞人命執平貨丫，定係 香港地產商要交保護費？就等你啲中南海密探又講下

9. 但你問我，只睇表面證供。趁人病攞人命執平貨唔奇，好多成功嘅商家或生意佬都係靠呢下，包括李嘉誠同畢菲特，市旺時個個唔著褲游水，到市差時你要搵人救，佢兩位老哥有錢嘅，啲terms一定係辣到跳舞。例如李嘉誠87股災都堅持世紀供股，拎晒啲錢，之後先有海怡同麗港城（好似係）。例如畢菲特金融海嘯時幫高盛同GE，優先股，一樣辣，一樣賺到笑（＊）

10. 問題係，首先，在大陸行呢套我唔知得唔得啦。仲要係香港地產商對內房行呢套，怕且……唔得啩。照計以李公子咁地位，唔值得冒呢啲險吧。況且，亦唔係敵意收購在市場掃，傾好入股。

11. 但你掉轉講，話係香港地產商交保護費？咁你留意一樣嘢：係李公子自己嘅錢，唔係恒基股東嘅錢。即係唔係話乜，但，正常做法，「保護費梗係上市公司出」，好嘢先自己嚟嘛。

12. 講到尾，可能只係幫下朋友。當然最後都係利益，但可以長遠啲嘅。睇返，當年奧園健康生活（3662）上市，李公子自己都有做cornerstone，4000萬港紙咁大把。而亦見到兩間公司，在大陸係有合作嘅，向來有計傾的。

13. 咁講真，亦都不過係4億港紙。你睇大劉買恒大？用咗百幾億呀！

14. 咁但，4億港紙呢，即使對超級富豪嚟講，都不致於「唔係錢」。況且幾時都係嗰句，「唔係錢」一回事，會畀你又另一回事。幾千萬對李澤楷都唔係錢，但你試下叫佢畀你？
