I will share which side to you knee you lifted, and which type of side swing.
1️⃣Crougar - Opposite Side Swing, Cross Side Swing - Apply to Johnny too
2️⃣Toad - Same Side Swing, Open Side Swing
3️⃣Inverse Toad, Opposite Side Swing, Open Side Swing
4️⃣Elephant - Same Side Swing, Cross Side Swing
