Mrs. International 2021-Countdown to the crown- "My platform" This is my platform. I know from my life experiences and as a personal fitness trainer that the mind and body are connected. By keeping our bodies healthy and beautiful, we can improve our lives. I have seen many people who have opened up their lives and become successful by taking my exercises. It is truly "exercise to elevate". This is the obvious and most important thing. I am now working to make this the norm for people all over the world. In particular, I am volunteering to provide physical care exercises online as a shout-out and thank you to our proud medical professionals who put their own lives before our own. I am also providing exercises to medical professionals in developing countries such as Cambodia, where there is no exercise culture. I am also active in charity work for them. In addition, I deliver exercise to healthcare professionals in Japan and in the United States, including Texas and New York. I am inspired by the many inspirational stories that come from each of them! Being healthy and smiling not only makes you happy, but also makes the people around you happy. Your smile can save the world! The importance of my activities has increased because people are now reaffirming their awareness of health.
