This is my favorite Mr.Children song. I'm afraid I didn't do it justice because there were a lot of chords I'm not used to, so my playing is rather stilted and the tempo is sort of all over the place. But I hope my version helps English-speakers appreciate this song :)
ミスチルの曲の中で一番好きな曲です♪
なので、もっと上手に弾きたかったのですが、普段弾かないコードがたくさんあって苦労しましたし、テンポもめちゃくちゃになってしまいました(^_^;) しかし、この英語バージョンが色々な方に役立てば嬉しいです(^O^)

Tomorrow marks the first day as I embark on the journey to become a NASM-trained fitness enthusiast. Trainers are a dime a dozen but I wanted to celebrate every small win.
In 2017, I was as far away from fitness as one could imagine. I hated the thought of being near a gym, knew nothing about fitness beyond wanting to be “skinnier” and possibly tried to eat a salad every month or so. I had a Pinterest board called thinspiration (UGHh!!)
The reason I wanted to get certified is because I need more knowledge to fuel my journey. I’m no role model but at least I can say I’m not genetically lean, I have zero athletic background (literally last to be picked in PE, overweight all my life) AND had zero self-esteem YET I got HERE. And I’m still going.
I suspect a lot of people and trainers share a similar journey, so I just wanted to throw my share into the hat too and tell you - fitness comes in all shapes. It’s not all IG-friendly content and steel abs. It’s about taking small steps, consistent steps towards your health, chiseling away at your lifestyle and body and mindset.
I’m not even planning to be a trainer but if I were one, I hope to be a relatable one. Now being in it I understand the importance of counting macros or what AMRAP means but I’ll be damned if I ever gave up fries and heytea.
Aaanyway anyone know where I’m going with this? Cuz I kinda lost track.... all I wanted to say is I’m excited and if I can do it anyone can do it!! OK BYE STAY DRY!!

【鬥陣來關心】1例1休(周休2日)

周休2日的由來，有ㄧ說是自於當時羅斯福總統的新政，其在1937年5月24日提交給國會的咨文中表示：「ㄧ個自立且有自尊的民主國家並無正當理由為童工的存在辯解，亦無經濟上的理由為壓榨勞工的工資或延長工時辯解。…我們知道當大部分的勞工仍未就業時，超時工作及低工資並不能增加國家的收入，但可以用合理且有彈性的使用政府長期建立的權利來設定並變更工時來達成…。(A self-supporting and self-respecting democracy can plead no justification for the existence of child labor, no economic reason for chiseling workers' wages or stretching workers' hours.…We know that over-work and under-pay do not increase the national income when a large portion of our workers remain unemployed. Reasonable and flexible use of the long established right of government to set and to change working hours can,…)」，其後美國1938年制定之公平勞動基準法(Fair Labor Standards Act)，即採用了每周40小時之工時上限，每日8小時，每周工作5日之制度，亦即為5日工作日(即周休二日)制度的濫觴。
對照台灣，在經過了快80年後，無法確定現在是否處於大部分的勞工仍未就業、超時工作及低工資的環境，但我們卻也從2016年1月1日開始實行每周工時上限40小時的制度了，然而如何邁進實質周休二日，也是勞資雙方關心的重點，依照行政院提出之勞基法修正草案是採用1例假日1休息日的方式，此與勞方團體爭取採用2例假日最大差別在於，休息日是可以經勞工同意加班，但例假日部分原則除非因天災、事變或突發事件外，例假日工作是不得工作的。但依據勞動部網頁上的解釋，例假是可以得經勞工同意後酌情變更。然而所謂的「員工同意」，實質上員工是否有說no的權利也是令人存疑，這也是勞方團體所持最大的理由，認為1例1休無法達到實質周休2日的效果。然反面來說確實有許多產業仍舊有周六日加班的需求，完全把規範綁死，確實會增加許多雇主調配時間的不便，或者必須再額外聘僱更多員工，可能會額外增加許多成本，目前法令是否有足夠的彈性幫助雇主(例如雙周、四周變形工時或責任制)因應特殊的產業需求也是需要考量的重點。
