#咳嗽頭痛
最近天氣變化大，容易感染上大大小小的感冒，咳嗽、打噴嚏、擤鼻涕等等突然性的大動作，就會導致 #頭痛發作，我們稱為 #咳嗽頭痛。
咳嗽頭痛是指單純因咳嗽或其他Valsalva 氏操作(如用力) 馬上所誘發的頭痛。時間通常幾秒至數分鐘，少數人會長達兩個小時。
另外有些人有其他種類的頭痛如偏頭痛或叢發性頭痛合併咳嗽時加重其頭痛症狀則不屬於咳嗽頭痛的分類裡。
⚠雖然咳嗽頭痛大部份是原發性屬於良性頭痛，但是據統計也有將近四成的咳嗽頭痛可能是次發性也就是有腦部病灶的, 當中大部分為「小腦延髓下疝畸形症」，英文學名為Chiari Malformation，是一種後顱窩容量過小的先天性畸形，會導致後顱窩的小腦往下擠壓到脊髓。其他報告的病因包括腦脊髓液低壓、水腦、中顱窩或後顱窩腫瘤、或是一些腦血管性疾患。
什麼樣的咳嗽頭痛要注意？
(1)年紀<40歲
(2)頭痛位置在頭後側（枕部）
(3)頭痛時間較長，大於30分鐘
(4)合併神經學症狀，如肢體無力麻木，步態不穩，意識喪失等
一般原發性咳嗽頭痛，透過適當的治療都可以得到改善，且大部份都會慢慢的痊癒。 但如果有懷疑是次發性咳嗽頭痛，那需要做適當的評估以及影像學檢查來排除腦部病灶。

Among all the collaborations I had with many brands, this one means a lot to me. You guys may not know, my dad has passed away and I have to take care of my Mom who is unable to work as she has Chiari malformation. It extends into the brainstem (syringobulbia) and it affects her breathing and swallowing centers. If these centers are severely affected, you can be at risk for serious complications.
