今天分享的是一个浓浓芝士味，有点甜，有点咸的超级香酥的芝士味饼干，如果你也跟我一样对芝士欲罢不能，你一定会很爱这个饼干的味道。
饼干的做法很简单，不需要模具，非常适合烘焙新手，闲暇的假日一起来做做看吧。
材料：
175°C 25分钟
车打芝士 90g
黄油 70g
糖粉 40g
盐 4g
鸡蛋 15ml
低筋面粉 135g
蛋液 刷表面
帕玛森芝士粉 少许
ingredient：
350°F 25minutes
butter 70g
icing sugar 40g
salt 4g
egg 15ml
cheddar cheese 90g
cake flour 135g
egg wash
parmesan cheese for topping

** 選擇組織綿密的麵包製作，優質的酸種麵包為上選。
** 選擇兩種以上的起司搭配製作，熟成切達(Aged Cheddar) 不能少，黃、白皆可，當中若能添入煙燻起司品種、更是銷魂。
** 使用優質純奶油，全程『中火慢煎』。
** 前半場加蓋煎製，讓中心的起司也能均勻溶化；後半場開蓋煎製，讓麵包表面金黃焦香。
** 起司三明治 組搭 Cream of Tomato 番茄濃湯、是不敗之經典。

😋CÁCH LÀM😋
1. Cắt nhỏ miếng phô mai cheddar
2. Trải 6 miếng phô mai lên trên thớt rồi đan lại
3. Đặt 1 bánh mì sandwich lên trên bacon sau đó cho phô mai và úp bánh mì còn lại lên trên
4. Gấp bacon bọc bánh mì lại
5. Nướng chín trên chảo nóng
