Renown winemaker, Dom Perignon Chef de Cave , cellar master Richard Geoffroy announced a couple of years ago, that he'd leave his post of nearly 30 years and would be going to make sake in Japan. It was a surprised move for many but also something many of us look forward to. Iwa 5 is that sake by Richard Geoffroy, which also had Apple Watch designer @marcnewsonofficial to create this black frosted bottle look, so cool. It is on limited production and will be only officially released to the market in 2021. Thank you to my good friend Chiaki who lives in Tokyo knew I'd like to try it, used her connection to find it and courier to me in HK. Thank you Kimura San @sushimtokyo helped Chiaki to find it. All this happened within a two weeks period. People who do big things, execute things so efficiently. Sometimes achieving a dream requires the help of others, thank you to all my loving friends. Thanks for loving me so much ❤️❤️❤️ 有名的釀酒大師、Dom Perignon首席釀酒師Richard Geoffroy 兩年前離開了他任職30 年的Dom Perignon後，竟然宣佈跑去日本釀清酒，令人大感意外，同時令人期待。這款由Richard Geoffroy釀的清酒「岩5」，找來Apple Watch的設計師 Marc Newson 負責包裝設計，黑色磨砂玻璃酒瓶，有型。這款清酒限量生產, 2021 年才會正式推出市場。住東京的好友Chiaki 知道我想先試為快，就動用人脈幫我找到了，並且速遞送來香港給我。謝謝Sushi M的Kimura San 幫忙找酒。一切不過是發生在兩週內，做大事的人就是如此乾脆俐落有效率。心想事成也需有人成全，謝謝愛我的朋友。❤️❤️❤️
