今天下午抽了時間先練習跑暗斜，天氣又熱又濕，而且加了裝備去預習實際情況果然不簡單，可能裝水樽位置沒有充分填滿空間，感覺很「浪」，或者需要考慮一下如何改善。

跑了一會，下起大雨，只好切碎，極速狂奔回家洗澡，順道當預習水戰，結果只能跑2k。🤣🙈

回家後居然陽光普照，真是「跑步先嚟落雨，唔通連個天都唔鍾意我呀」。🙈

梳洗休息後去fit club,繼續努力練肌力，某些要躺在地上練背肌的動作對我來說有點困難，上半身好像不能發力，日後要多加練習了。

多謝Cagey教練邀請我去分享我的經歷，希望能鼓勵大家不論自身經歷如何，都可以擁有健康快樂的人生。

最後想說的是，雖然天下媽媽的眼中，仍然會當已長大成人的子女是小孩子，但我仍然想説：「媽媽真的不必擔心我，我活得很健康快樂，做運動會量力而為，而且會做足準備才會做。」
