#尛外電 英國研究顯示 選對性愛姿勢 能讓你睡得更好

英國床墊廠商TheDozyOwl主持了一項有關睡眠品質的研究，他們找來1,600名受試者，監控他們的睡眠狀況長達3個月。

測試期間，受試者需要在睡前分別嘗試25種性愛姿勢，包括69、老漢推車、蓮花式等等。

結果顯示，部分性愛姿勢會讓受試者的快速動眼期（REM）持續較久。

快速動眼期在整個睡眠週期中佔了不到1/4的時間，但它卻能刺激大腦在記憶與學習方面的表現，對人腦的發展至關重要。也有專家表示，快速動眼期能有效幫助情緒管理。

根據這個研究結果，老漢推車（又叫狗爬式，Doggy style）能讓受試者的快速動眼期擴增到整個睡眠週期的33%；一般而言，快速動眼期的佔比平均會落在23%左右，實驗後的漲幅高達43%。

除了老漢推車，蓮花式（Lotus）也可達到32%，其他姿勢如老鷹式（Eagle）有31%、橋式（The Bridge）30%、女上位（Cowgirl）29%、熨斗式（Flatiron）29%、倒車入庫（The Caboose）28%，69也可達到27%。

但不是每個性愛姿勢都能助眠，像是開瓶器（corkscrew）與直立式都會減少快速動眼期在睡眠週期中的佔比。

做愛後快速動眼期長度的提升，在男性身上更為顯著，可能原因為射精後男性容易感到疲累，女性則相對處於警戒狀態；也可能因為男性比女性更容易達到高潮。

如果常常覺得睡不好，可以從嘗試「能助眠」的性愛姿勢開始。
