    NAK TAPI TAKUT & TIADA KEYAKINAN (Bhg 6)

    "Jangan lawan ketakutan dengan ketakutan" ujar mentor saya di Kuwait.
    "Jadi?" tanya saya.
    "Jangan pula lawan ketakutan dengan keberanian melampau kerana awak tak akan mampu."
    Saya lagi binggung. Ini jelas dalam wajah saya yang baru berumur 21 atau 22 tahun semasa masih belajar di Universiti Kuwait.

    "Lawan ketakutan diri dengan keterujaan dan kewaspadaan. Awak kena seronok ingin lakukan sesuatu & juga melakukan kewajaran pertimbangan; tidak lebih & tidak kurang."

    Saya memegang kata2 beliau sehingga hari ini. Saya takut nak belajar ijazah sarjana baru dalam bidang undang2 selepas tamat PhD dengan kesebukan sebagai Timbalan Rektor di UIAM & menjadi penasihat Syariah di dalam & luar negara. Takut gagal. Buang masa. Habiskan beras. Takut lemah berhadapan dengan peperiksaan.

    Saya bina semangat keterujaan yang melampau. Saya juga bina kewajaran yang seimbang & munasabah. Pernah daftar 5 kursus untuk setahun tetapi terpaksa drop 3 kursus sebelum peperiksaan takut gagal untuk jaga CGPA. Kewajaran yang munasabah.

    Saya dijemput melabur dalam sebuah syarikat berdasarkan data dan A.I. 6 enam tahun lepas di waktu orang belum bercakap tentang big data & A.I. Takut gagal & hilang wang pelaburan. Memang teruja menjadi antara syarikat pertama di Malaysia dalam bidang ini. Saya selitkan juga beberapa strategi untuk kurangkan risiko & suburkan potensi lain. Alhamdulillah, hari ini big data & A.I. adalah makanan harian masyarakat. Semua orang perlukan sains data & A.I.

    Lebih menarik lagi, saya terpanggil untuk terlibat dalam bidang perubatan & kesihatan bagi melawan bakteria & virus moden. Saya pasti saya amat teruja. Saya tidak pasti samada saya berwajaran sebab saya terlalu seronok. Kadang2 keterujaan itu boleh lebih sedikit. Tak mengapa. Ia boleh menganti keperluan kewajaran. Selama mana kita dapat rasa kita sudah boleh maju kehadapan, biarlah keterujaan itu memandu kita.

    Hari ini, usaha & pelaburan saya dalam bidang ini sudah membuahkan hasil. Tunggu nanti update dari masa ke semasa.

    Yang pasti ketakutan itu satu nikmat. Keterujaan juga satu nikmat. Nikmat yang paling besar ialah gabungan antara ketakutan & keterujaan.

    IMPORTANT:

    hi, i gave one misleading information in the video (and i am terribly sorry for that):

    if you're doing diploma, you can't continue pursuing an mbbs degree. you have to re-do foundations in science, baru boleh sambung mbbs. apparently they updated/changed the requirements and i didn't realize it. again i'm sorry! and thank you guys for watching!
